Elegant and spacious house, fully furnished by interior designer, perfect for the whole family, your dream of holiday home. Located within the best condominiums in the region, safely, clubhouse with swimming pool, and next to Walmart 24 h.

The Space

The Bella Vida Resort Condominium, is one of the best located in the region, just 5 miles from Walt Disney World, featuring a 24-hour safe concierge, clubhouse with 5.750 sq ft, offers heated swimming pools and jacuzzi, playground, gym, games room, tennis courts, voley and football. About 6 hectares of lakes and various recreational activities.

Speaking of accommodations:
Large house with 1.907 sq ft distributed over 2 floors, finely decorated, luxury and comfort in your dream home.
On the first floor, living room with TV 4 K of 55", dining room with large table and space to accommodate 8 people, along with full kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) and accessories.
Bedroom (suite) with queen bed, TV 32", closet and next to laundry with washer and clothes dryer.
Large outdoor area with private pool and a wonderful view of the lake, ideal for relaxing after a day of parkland Second floor, with Large Master Suite with extra king bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen bed and plus a full bathroom.
All rooms with TV 40".

Other Observations

Before check-in (up to 48 hours before), guests must inform their names and IDs, so that all people who will be staying in the Envera system of the Bella Vida Resort Condominium can be registered, so that their entry and that of their families are authorized.
After registration, an e-pass will be sent to each guest by email.
Remembering that the name that is not registered will not be allowed to enter the Condominium.

Es war ganz gut.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war gut. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Einzig der absolute geringe Wasserdruck in dem Haus ist zu bemängeln. Für einen Topf mit Wasser benötigt man mehrere Minuten.

Wonderful stay

The place was super clean and everything was most pleasant. Owner responded to our questions almost immediately and made us feel most at home . In a very safe gated neighborhood and close to everything we needed, from groceries to restaurants. Our week’s stay was wonderful !!

Great vacation house

We had a 12 night stay and it was great. The only thing that was not 5-star was the listing of hot tub. There is no hot tub at this house. Kitchen/bedrooms/living room are all great. I would recommend this property to family/friends.

Excellent property and incredible host

This place was exactly what we wanted, 4 big bedrooms, big open family room and all the amenities. The host was perfect and so accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice property!

This property was in a very quiet neighborhood near Disney World and many other restaurants/stores. Would definitely book again!

Warning: do not book this absolutely disgustingly filthy property that is a total rip off!

Knowing where to start is a problem.. basic requirements of cleanliness, adequately equipped and well managed are regrettably missing. This meant that our first job on arriving after a transatlantic flight, was going to the supermarket to purchase cleaning equipment and then scrubbing the place at 19:00. Dirty floors, kitchen surfaces, sticky greasy dining table and other furniture, filthy bathrooms - I could go on and I have photographic evidence of all.. Owner notified next day as were local administrators - latter extremely rude and accused me of lying (!). Upstairs no better, to our horror all the mattress covers and pillows were very stained and smelly so unusable...no bedtime for us until we had laundered after we had deep cleaned the v. old washing machine. The pool and area also extremely dirty and dangerous. even the pool repairer (huge electrical fault!) said it all needed a good power wash. The pool loungers, chairs and table are tatty and the wall light is broken. We very close to leaving and finding another house but as we were all very tired we battled on.....so wish we hadn't as the owner has treated us appallingly. Though a cleaner came almost a week after we arrived, who was appalled with the state of the property, she only washed the kickboards and the shower areas, which were all beyond what a domestic cleaner can do but she tried. The whole house needs a thorough deep clean, decorating and refurbishment. Owner hasn't even had the courtesy to reply!!!

Em uma palavra: SENSACIONAL!! Já tive a oportunidade de passar outras Férias em Orlando, mas acredito que esta foi a melhor experiência e atenção que recebi em minha estadia... tive o prazer de conversar com a Sônia (proprietária) que é uma pessoa incrível, se colocando sempre a disposição e dando dicas excelentes!! Trash

Trash disposal was not good. It was a small bin to dispose the trash and it was picked up 2 times a week. With a large group that was there was a terrible trash pile up, especially the last day staying.

Great Winter Excape

The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well maintained. The mattresses were comfortable and afforded us a good night's sleep. We took full advantage of the private pool. Shopping was close and a variety of restaurants were within a 15 minute drive.

Great place to stay!

Property was perfectly located for what we were looking for; especially having a Walmart so close for quick runs. House and pool were clean. Property manager was very responsive to our needs (we had a clogged shower drain and a garbage disposal that needed repair) and fixes were done within an hour. This is a perfect location for young families - close to all the parks.

Great stay

My family and I had a great time this weekend at this beautiful property. The house was clean and the property manager was very kind and open to any and all of the questions I had. Parking situation: There are 8 parking spaces shared between two units on the side of the house. GPS location is off. Our GPS showed the house further down the street than it was. Finding the house by looking at the house numbers was easy but a little frustrating to be sent further down the street and have to turn around after a long drive. Maybe the property manager can set this expectation when the home is rented. Pros: clean, pretty equipped with cooking utensils, the beds were comfortable, and each room is provided two bath towers and two pool towels. However, we used all towels provided as bath towels and brought our own pool towels since we took 1-2 showers a day throughout the 4 day stay Cons: the AC has a range that can be adjusted just a few degrees with the lowest temperature being 72 (which seems like it would be cool enough) however the upstairs got warm throughout the night. We stairs in early August for context.
