The house is surrounded by a flower-filled garden to enhance your stay. There is a drip irrigation system that must be activated daily to water the plants. If the tenant does not wish to do so, the owner can take care of it.

The hot tub also requires nearly daily maintenance. The owners will need access to the utility room for about 10 minutes every 2–3 days, as needed. This access is done discreetly without disturbing the tenants, as it does not require entering their living quarters. A specific time can be agreed upon with the tenants at the beginning of their stay.
