Our lovely studio apartment has a great location. <br><br>You have the beach of Penthièvre 50 meters away to enjoy the beach at all hours and its superb sunset<br><br>Take the opportunity to read, kite-surf, surf, windsurf... or simply beautiful walks<br><br>The apartment is equipped with Wifi and a parking space<br><br>The studio can accommodate 2 people<br><br>The Accommodation <br>----------------<br>The 22m2 studio is composed of a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, a television. <br><br>The sofa that converts into a double bed: 140 x 190 cm <br><br>The modern and functional kitchen is open to the living room. <br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized<br><br>You will find a shower room and a separate toilet.<br><br>You have a terrace with a table and two chairs <br><br>EQUIPMENT<br>---------------------------<br>Inside: TV, Wifi, kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso Delonghi), classic coffee machine, fridge with freezer part, washing machine, hairdryer, convectors, vacuum cleaner, board games.<br><br>CONDITIONS<br>——————————<br><br>Linen is not provided (duvets and pillows provided): option to be requested from Marie 24 hours before your arrival (option 20 euros per bed prepared and 5€ per bath kit - small and large towel + bath mat) - to be paid on site <br><br>Cleaning is not included - option to be requested from Marie (50€)<br><br>If you arrive after 8pm, the service will be charged at €10 per hour <br><br>If you wish to leave after 11am (10am in summer and/or if cleaning to be done), the service will be charged at €10 per hour depending on the possibilities <br><br>1 pet allowed under 10kg<br><br>HOME <br>------------<br>Marie from Ty'Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you in the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure. <br><br>She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (sheets, towels, cleaning, babysitter, full fridge...) <br><br>Marie can welcome you from 2pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out. If you wish to arrive earlier, do not hesitate to ask her. <br><br>Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight) <br><br>You must vacate the apartment before 11 a.m. (10 a.m. if cleaning option requested).
