Indulge yourself in this immaculately clean and decorated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom corner unit. 3 of the bedrooms have gorgeous ocean views of the entire bay, and parcial Mountain View and 4th bedroom has the entire view of the mountains, city lights and a Mall that’s towards the back of the condo.

Nightly entertainment includes fireworks displays from the hotel next door and from the pirate ship show out in the bay and possibly from different events being held downtown. All of this will be visible from your 20th floor Condo

The Space:
3 master bedrooms are perfectly positioned and guarantee an unrestricted view of the ocean, bay and mountains. Each of the 3 main bedrooms have King sized beds, where you will rest comfortably on memory foam topped mattresses . Each suite also has their own private bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom has 3 single beds which is perfect for kids (if you are traveling with any) or this bedroom can be configured based on your request by arranging the beds. This fourth bedroom also has a small private deck with views of the mountains and the city.

If you would like to cook, don’t worry as the condo provides a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools you will need to enjoy the work of your culinary skills. If you don’t want to cook, there are plenty of options available including an optional private chef.

The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer and also comes with housekeeping service twice a week or more if requested.

Would you like to stay here for a few weeks or months? Of course you may. You may rent from 1 week all the way up to 3 months at a time.

Location:
The Grand Venetian Condo is located close to everything you may need. You are 5 minutes away from Costco or Walmart, should you want to stock up on supplies.
The Grand Venetian is located approximately 10 minutes away from the International airport, and 5 minutes away from downtown Puerto Vallarta. All easily reached by taxi or Uber.

Restaurants:

There’s a great restaurant located in the common area of the property which also offers room service, or you may gladly order in from any one of our delicious surrounding restaurants offering delivery service, or you may choose to use Uber Eats or Raffi.
If you’d like to treat yourself to dinner outside of the property, there are some of the best restaurants and fine dining experiences located right across the street from the condo, including La Vaca Argentina Steak house, Gourmet tacos, Seafood, or even a Food truck park with many options.

Security.
The Grand Venetian is a gated complex with strict security at the entrance of the property as well as in the lobby and other areas.
The Condo also has password controlled electronic lock that allows you keyless access to property during your stay.
The condo also has a safe available inside the unit.

Common areas:

This Condominium has 5 huge pools, 3 that are directly on the beach and have an infinity edge. There is a state of the art gym on property fully equipped as well as a spa that offers professional massages and other services. There are also two tennis courts on the property.
Relax by the Pool with cocktails ordered from the restaurant/bar or bring your own drinks to the pool to enjoy. There is also a private beach area with palapas and beach chairs.

Wrist bands must be worn in the common areas for security reasons. An additional cost of USD $100 will be incurred for each unreturned wrist band.
