Individually Owned and Operated…Beautifully decorated third floor unit. Full kitchen with new appliance, flooring , paint and furniture. Steps from the beach and within walking distance to the 27th street park and no drive beach. Cable and high speed internet supplied, heated pool and natural gas grills. New Smyrna Beach offers some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
Close to Flagler Avenue with its stretch of great restaurants, and unique shops. Across the street from So Napa which features the most amazing bread pudding, and Bakers Table down the street with donuts to die for.
Come to relax , rejuvenate and discover a special lifestyle.

Party’s are not allowed. Pool is closed from 10 pm to 8 am to allow for quiet time. Security Cameras are used in the pool, stairs and parking lot
Smoking are by Grills and picnic tables and back patio only , smoking is not permitted in the unit. 200.00 clean fee if smoke is detected inside.
Linens are provided, but only the beach towels are for use in the pool or beach areas. White towels must be kept in the condo.

Amazing condo! The condo is super clean, very warm and inviting. Communication with the owners couldn’t have been better, they checked in and made sure the whole process was too notch!

Quiet condo complex with great views of the beach! Condo was clean, well equipped. Feels bigger in person, plenty of space!Pool area and nearby shops and restaurants make this an easy top pick. Will be back!

This place was great with just a couple things. Parking was a little funny only if you are checking in or out and have to park across the street. Also we had a little issue with communication when we checked in. The emails with the code didn’t come thru but when I connected the host she was very sorry and got it right away! The place was very nice and clean. It supplied everyone one would need for personal and going go the beach.

The home was better than what the photos show and the location of the home was perfect. Amazing dining spots nearby including an ice cream spot right in front! Stephanie is a spectacular host and she made the process of staying smooth and was always in quick contact. Definitely coming back again!

Fantastic stay! The house was even better than the pictures—spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and perfectly located. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything and more, and the host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze.Location is superb, walking the beach is my favorite and this location was perfect for that, the weather was fantastic and everyone there incredibly friendly, NSB is my new favorite place to visit.

The condo was better than pictured. Thoughtfully furnished & beautifully decorated! The location was wonderful- easy access to beach. Pool was clean & nice. Other people on property were friendly. Enjoyed views of ocean from the balcony. Stephanie was very communicative & instructions for check in/check out were very clear. We appreciated the tips on restaurants she sent us.

Had a nice stay here. Clean, comfortable room recently renovated in tasteful coastal chic. Well appointed, newer appliances, has everything you would need for a beach getaway. Steps to the beach, right on the Atlantic. Older complex, but perfectly situated as far as location. Convenient to everything New Symrna has to offer. Only consideration here is that the unit is on the third floor and the building has no elevator, so make sure you are willing and able to navigate some stairs.

The unit was very nice and clean and everything we needed was provided. There isn’t much of a view of the ocean from the unit’s balcony but the building is right on the beach with access. The outside of the building needs work, which they appear to be working on. It is a climb up 2 flights of steep stairs to get to the 3rd floor and all flights of steps do need repair, some were being worked on. But, the unit was very nice and was much as the pictures show. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had.

I very sorry your stay wasn’t everything you had expected.This is an older complex and is constantly being repaired. I do list the stairs on my site to make guests aware in case they need a lower unit or different location to be more comfortable. I try to reflect the old Florida architecture in the photo’s. Your review was my 100th and a milestone for me. Thank you for taking the time to review.

We really enjoyed staying here and would do so again!! The sunrise view from our third floor balcony was spectacular. Walking the beach was also great. The living space was roomy and the kitchen was great. We found everything we needed. The laundry facility was just right. Stephanie was quick to respond when we had questions. We struggled with the shower/bath faucet but managed ok. Everything else was great. Thanks very much to our hosts!!

A week on the beach.

My partner and I stayed here for a week. A home away from home. The owners were excellent to work with. The location was ideal.. morning sunrise walks, a nice beach bar close by, a pool with loungers on site, and nice gas grills. We loved our stay and will be back!

Coastal Waters seems like coming home, it just feels like family. Very relaxing , great place to be lazy and enjoy the Beach or pool in the beautiful Florida Sunshine.

This is a third floor unit accessed by stairs. An elevator is not available .
Parking is in the front of the building, and also our overflow lot directly across the street.
