The kitchen offers updated stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates & glassware, a standard coffee maker and Keurig along with pretty much anything you’ll need to make yourself at home while on vacation.

The living area is open and has plenty of cozy seating with cable and complimentary WIFI, with access to the waterfront balcony to enjoy the mornings and afternoons dining or just relaxing in the coastal breeze.
The master bedroom offers a king premium mattress set with coastal décor with attached bath with walk-in shower.
The 2nd guest bedroom offers a queen premium mattress set with coastal décor.
The 3rd guest bedroom offers a full bed with a twin bunk bed with coastal décor. The bunk room has no windows providing a quite dark place for little ones!
Living room, outside porch and all bedrooms have TV’s and also in-unit washer and dryer.
Occupancy is 8 people.
Jubilee Landing’s common area also offers guest a large swimming pool with loungers, and a BBQ area just off the boat docks with picnic tables surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
Bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock.
The common area gazebo at the boat dock is also an incredible place to have a cocktail and take in the amazing views of Ole River.

Parking: Jubilee Landing will allow 1 parking pass per reservation (additional pass available for $35)
Docks-All persons using the docks, do so at their own risk. Jubilee Landing is not responsible for any accident or injury in connection with use of the docks; nor the loss of any personal property
Boat Slip: Guests that plan to bring their boat must provide info to the owner at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to receive the docking permit ($50 per day)
Maximum boat length: 28’
Dated permits must be displayed on boat at all times
Effective January 1, 2020- No Boat Trailers are allowed at Jubilee Landing

Guest will receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
