We had a great time at Saralee’s condo. She is one of the most communicative hosts - she always responded quickly and provided clear information before we arrived. She even sent a snack box for our family to enjoy while we were there! really liked the location - walking distance to several restaurants and a very low key vibe. The building itself is a little dated, but the condo has been renovated. It’s right on the beach, which is very convenient. Overall I recommend this condo if you are traveling to Indian Rocks Beach area!

Part of the charm of our little slice of Paradise is its “frozen in time” nature—a throwback to a time less hurried and worried, but with all the modern convenience of 2026. Ocean view. Nice size balcony. Unit was roomy & as described in listing. Owner was great ...friendly and available! Both main bedrooms were very nice size. On site dog relief area was very helpful. Lots of very good restaurants nearby.

Fantastic beachfront property and super responsive host! It was easy for us to see why all of the reviews are 5-stars. The unit was clean and furnished beyond belief; they provide most everything! Steps to the beach, pool, tennis court, grills - the list goes on. Private parking spot is right at the bottom of the circular staircase from the balcony - faces west for awesome ocean sunsets. End unit too which adds more windows and sunshine. Short walk to restaurants and sundries. If you’re looking for a beach paradise condo, you will find it here. We can’t wait to come back!

Great visit to Indian Rocks Beach

We love Indian Rocks Beach and the condo was wonderful. It’s updated with all the amenities and supplies needed for a great beach trip. The condo pool is great and our family enjoyed how close we were to numerous restaurants. Our pup enjoyed his stay too!

Great location!

Our stay was amazing. It fit our family of 5 perfectly and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach and pool. The host was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. We hope to stay here again!

Great location!

Condo is spacious and clean. Beds were super comfortable. The location is close the pool and beach! We will definitely be back!

Great family of 4 plus mother in law vacation spot

It was a great place to stay close to the beach. Owner was great and very accessible. We would stay again in a heart beat. The first floor with private stairs case was awesome.

Great Family Place

Perfect place for family. Great location, short walk to the beach, swimming pool and Tennis court. All the beach goodies were provided. Lots of little kitchen items were also provided. Super clean and just a great experience.

The interactions with the owner were outstanding and very helpful. The accommodations were very clean, nicely located to parking and the pool/ocean, and very modern. We enjoyed our stay and definately would stay again.

great stay at Indian Rocks on the beach with pool

My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo on the beach with a pool and hot tub. Communication was prompt, check-in easy, spotless, well-equipped kitchen, well-decorated, comfortable beds, and safe surroundings. Resturants and a dog park within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a family atmosphere.

Awesome Beach Condo

Beautiful place, super clean, great location right on the beach, very responsive. My family and I had a ball. I definitely recommend this place. Saralee was great.

Great trip.

Great rental!

The overall experience was amazing. The location and the condo could not have been better and Saralee was fantastic. She made the entire process incredibly easy and communicated everything to us clearly and timely. We would absolutely rent here again.

Spring Break 2023

The property and owner were amazing. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The beach and the IRB area is very cute and cozy. Teenagers had a blast on the beach and walking to shops and local restaurants. Cannot wait for our return trip.
