This was my 4th stay at this cozy seaside condo. Everything about this property is first-rate, from the furnishings to its location. It truly feels like my home away from home. I would certainly recommend this place to all who are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and charming beachfront vacation!

Peaceful

Relaxing week down the shore

This cozy rental, with everything you could possibly need supplied, was the perfect location for a week-long beach vacation. We were only steps from the beach access which made it easy. Thank you Ben!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed - just as described and pictured in the listing.The kitchen and bathroom were very modern and nice.Having access to the bikes and beach umbrella were a great bonus! My only (minor) complaint is that the A/C unit was a bit loud.

Beach front paradise

Once again, I had a very nice stay at this adorable condo. The closeness to the beach can’t be beat. It is very clean and comfortable. I feel this is my home away from home. I will be back in 2025 hopefully!🌞👍

A little piece of heaven

We enjoyed the condo very much. It is small but very efficient. We were a Mom, a teen girl, and an early twenties girl. We enjoyed being so close to the beach without having to cross any busy streets. Brigantine is a hidden gem that we were very happy to discover. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great getaway, great memories

I was amazed by all the small details we found in this spotless condo unit, starting with all supplies needed in kitchen, bathroom, snack/candies basket, or coffee/tea K-cups and a binder with very specific instructions and information. We loved the clean, lovely decorated unit located right on the beach block and short walking distance to sea wall . Not lucky enough to see the sunrise due to clouds , but watched beautiful full moon 🌕 over the ocean. Very relaxing getaway! Highly recommended!

Best Vacation yet!

Ben has the unit stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing, fun, and enjoyable vacation. The location is absolutely wonderful being right at the opening to the beach. Enjoyed the island very much and will certainly come back again next year. We ate at several local restaurants for breakfast and the food was wonderful. Had pizza one night and ice cream a few nights from Jersey cow. There is a grocery store on the island as well as a Wawa and a Dollar Tree. There is really no need to go off the island unless you want to visit other locations, everything you need is right around you it was the best vacation ever!

We had a really great week at the beach. The apartment was small, clean, and efficient. The area was incredibly quiet and we loved the beach access. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded.A few things to note. We did think the apartment faced the beach and that we'd have a view, it does not. Also, there is no oven - not a huge deal but we did bring some meals to bake that we took home with us. Overall, this apartment is great for a couple but a bit crowded for a family of 3. All the amenities were in great shape and thoughtful. We truly appreciated the supplied linens and towels and beach equipment.

Summer 22

This unit is by far the most well stocked unit we ve stayed, and we have stayed in many. The owners really did think of everything! The location couldn't be better, and the unit is perfect for 2 people. We will be back! Thank you so much!

Delightful Condo on Beach Block

Small (about 450 square foot) one-bedroom condo was beautifully arranged and provisioned. Extremely clean. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful. We look forward to a repeat visit.

Excellent little getaway spot

Very nice place for a short getaway, great location, enough space for 2, conveniently located, very close to the beach, local shops/ restaurants. My husband and I had a very nice and relaxing time.

Perfect location for beach lovers

The condo is exactly as described. It's recently remodeled, clean and cozy. It's also well stocked with everyday supplies. The location of this property is fantastic if you are looking to spend your time on the beach. It's steps from the dunes. The host was friendly and responded quickly to my questions. We would stay here again.
