The place was exactly as described. Cute, clean and close to everything. The parking spots were a big plus and I have to admit I had many questions and all were promptly answered. Being above a restaurant was a little concern I had but honestly it was not noisy and no bother at all. The stairs are tight and could be a challenge for an older person, and the bathroom is tiny so if you’re big or tall it might be interesting but for me it was perfect. Great place for a couple, small family, or a couple of friends. So grateful to have stayed there.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the stairs and bathroom size. We’re happy the space was a perfect fit for you, and we hope to host you again in the future!

Great apartment, communicative host

I was only there for one night, but I was very happy with the rental. Everything was clean and comfortable (and it looked just like the pictures), parking and check-in were easy, and the host was very responsive to my questions during my stay.

We really enjoyed the different rooms that we both had. The living room had nice couches for us to lay on too. The only thing I would make sure to mention is about the steep and winding steps once you go in first door up to actual place.

The location was great. The restroom was very small & hard to get ready in. I would suggest adding a Keurig machine and a recycling bin.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location. For future reference, there are garbage and recycling dumpsters located behind the building. We also provide a regular Mr. Coffee maker in the unit along with a starter supply of coffee. As noted in the listing, the bathroom is on the smaller side, but we do our best to make the space as comfortable as possible. We hope to host you again in the future!

Share ventilation w smokers

Great space. Perfect location. But it absolutely shares ventilation with smokers so if you turn heat on, the place wreaks of smoke.

So glad you enjoyed the space and its prime location! This property does has its own dedicated HVAC unit. This unit is above the kitchen in a restaurant, so that might have been the issue. We have never been informed of this but will investigate further and make sure its remedied.
