Amazing location and experience!!

From start to finish this place was perfect for us! We felt so at ease with the entire booking process and the safety/location of the property. It was the perfect size for a long weekend getaway to Nashville, and the location and accessibility to many locations was ideal. We will book again when we return for sure!

Great location, super cute condo!

I had an excellent stay! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance or a very quick Uber ride. Communication regarding check-in/check-out was also top notch. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town!

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable bed, very responsive host. Lighting in the bedroom is dim, but very good throughout the rest of the condo, so this was not too much of an issue. The description of the listing was very accurate. We would definitely recommend this condo if heading to Nashville.

Great location!

This 1 bedroom apartment was everything it was pictured to be. Very clean, comfortable furnishings, spacious, and communication with management was awesome. Check in was so easy, apartment complex was locked and safe. No trouble finding parking as many lots were close by. Great restaurants and shops very close and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and the location! Will definitely stay here again. Some glitches with the parking were my only issues, metropolis was very helpful in figuring it out, the do need to explanation of the day by day pay. Second & 3rd day I had problems scanning to pay.

Our Stay in Nashville

Property is clean and secure. It's close to downtown but removed enough in a quieter neighborhood full of nice shops and restaurants when and if you do want to unplug. Easy Lyft to broadway but we walked down one time as well. Close to everything. C

Great location, very clean

Very nice unit within walking distance of everything. The unit was nice and as described, however the a/c is very loud ( like a door slamming) when it turns on and off. The bathroom and bedroom could use better lighting as it's hard to see when putting on makeup togo out.

Nice weekend

Overall, it was as advertised. The only downside (noted in the listing) was the loudness of the central air system turning on and off, and limited soundproofing of the building (loud doors slamming repeatedly as people left in the early morning). That said, it was tolerable and outweighed by the great location. The view was excellent. Management was responsive to issues/questions. The space was clean and well appointed.

For the same price as a hotel in the area during Labor Day weekend, we got a cool industrial loft with high ceilings, huge windows, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table, separate bedroom, and 1 ½ baths -- so definitely worth the price. Because of the heatwave that week, we spent a lot of time in the unit and very much appreciated the extra space. The Gulch neighborhood is great because it has its own dining scene but is still close to Broadway and the museums. However, as previous reviews have noted, the air conditioning kick-in is quite loud and went off several times each night. We’d recommend ear plugs (or the host could provide disposable ones). Also, while we loved the place for our stay, be aware that the furnishings are not all 5-star The couch and the bed are on the soft side; there is not a proper cutting knife and board; the fridge is kind of a relic with no icemaker. On the other hand, we appreciated the Nashville touches to the décor including a working turntable and records, musician posters, and hanging guitars. Overall, we were happy with the booking and would recommend the place. The host was easy to deal with and responsive to questions.

Condo was in a great location with lots of shopping, eating and music. Property was clean but showing signs of age. Parking procedure was very difficult and required lots of scanning and trying to figure out if done correctly. Ugh! Cooling system was extremely lound when cycling on and off. Chairs at table could really use some padding as they were very uncomfortable. Anyone with mobility issues would have a hard time accessing the building as there are steps to enter even though there is an elevator once inside.Upside was a cool space, nice bed and decent amenities.
