I had a great stay at this apartment in late september with perfect weather. Close to the beach. What you see on the photos of the apartment is what you get. The location is perfect. Not too crowded with tourists in the neighborhood, so it makes you feel like a local. The tramline is close by, so you can go anywhere. I slept with the window open, and there was a bit of noise from the garbage trucks late at night and from the loading of a truck just below the window, and the school across the street. But it's all part of a local neighborhood, and I got used to it during my 9 days in Nice. There is a great bakery, "Frederic et Katia Roy" just around the corner on Rue de France. Perfect that I could get the keys at 10, since I had an early arrival.
I had a problem finding where to scan the key once I got past the first gate. Namely in the middle of the postboxes, I simply couldn't see it, and there was no mentioning of it on the note that accompanied the keys. So my first entry was through the car lift ... ) It would be great if there was a small table next to the sofa. I would have loved to get a map of Nice and of the public transport system as a minimum. A list of local shops, bakeries, restaurants would also be nice. Any kind of recommendations to make my stay special.
