Pent House Condo on the 12th floor featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 Bath with unbeatable, incredible panoramic ocean views. Enjoy views from the open space living area as well as the bedroom. Great care has been taken to make this condo an upscale and comfortable beach stay for a couples getaway or a nice family retreat. Extended, long balcony has gorgeous unobstructed views of Babe's Beach. Location is unbeatable with beach access right across Seawall Blvd and access to pool and amenities.

Walking into the condo, you are welcomed with breathtaking views of the ocean. Our condo has a large open living area as well as comfortable dining area and large kitchen for all your needs.

The building and condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen offered the necessary items needed. The views were spectacular from the time you walked into the door. Loved the open concept living area and the updated glass doors keep it quiet and cool.

The location with Gulf view was wonderful. Condo complex is older. But on quiet end of Galveston Seawall…nice. Condo itself was okay clean, but not in corners. Walls need repainting as smudges and dings all over. No comfortable furniture in condo. Beds, couches, and chairs all older and sagging. Wall accents were nice. Wish I could be more upbeat, but there were issues. The main one we did not realize until we started packing. There was a very bad leak in the closet on the bedroom with the en suite bath; not sure if it was from rain earlier in the week, but did get suitcase and contents wet. Would not say horrible experience, but would look at other condos in this complex before renting this one again. Not a thing that a little attention could not fix. Oh and fridge door creaks like about to fall off..annoying.

Great Views

Perfect location directly across from the beach. Top floor, amazing views to take in. Pool was very convenient and not very busy. Parking in front and back for ease of staying off Seawall if desired.

The entire place is under construction. They were laying tile and would start cutting tile before 8am everyday. The front sliding doors do not open. You have to pull them apart with your hands. We spoke to a lady in the elevator that said they were broken last year also. None of this is the hosts fault but we would have like to have know these things. And you have to pay to park.

Nice get away

Overall it was nice and clean. Great view from the livingroom and balcony.It would have been nice to have a couple of dish towels in the kitchen and a little cleaning products.

This property was nicely decorated and had an amazing view of the gulf but is in bad need of updating and a good cleaning. The floor was so dirty that walking barefoot got the bottom of our feet black. The dishes, especially the silverware, were not clean. We ended up loading the dishwasher and running it before we would use anything. We were told that there was a new queen size sofa bed and that sheets for it would be in the closet, but all we found were pillowcases. As with all sofa beds it was uncomfortable, so one person slept on the sofa wrapped in a bedspread we found without opening it to the bed and said it was comfortable. Another big issue is that it definitely needs more lighting in the dining and living room area. The only light in that area came from the kitchen and a small table lamp in the living room. We tried to sit around the dining table and look at brochures and plan what we were going to do but it was too dark to read anything without using our lights on our phones. Overall, it was acceptable, but I would not rent it again.

Penthouse condo

Beautiful view! The condo was clean and accommodating! The only complaint was the musty/moldy smell. The main closet in the 1st bedroom behind air conditioning unit has black mold. Note: the 12 floor property only had 2 elevators and 1 elevator was not working most of the time we were at the property.

The building itself is decent, and the gated parking is a plus. Beach access is excellent and very convenient. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable.The unit feels neglected and poorly equipped for a week-long stay. Lighting was a consistent issue—overall dim inside, no lighting in living and dining, and the balcony lights didn’t work at all. Kitchen minimally stocked with mismatched, low-quality items, and even basic functionality was lacking (tiny trash can, no dustpan to go with a very cheap broom).One of the biggest drawbacks: no washer and dryer in the unit, which is a significant oversight for a beach property, especially for guests staying multiple days. There was also no mid-stay refresh or check-in.Maintenance and upkeep: water pools in the shower, cabinetry is heavily and poorly painted, drawers unstable, and the walls and ceilings could easily be refreshed with some basic care. Trash bags to balcony furniture—felt like the lowest-cost options, which contributes to a “worn” and underwhelming experience.No dressers, luggage racks, or storage options. Bags on floor for your stay. Communication from the host was also lacking and very generic.

Galveston

There was black mold in the master closet ceiling. 2nd bath had no water pressure. There was no overhead lighting in the dining area, which made the area very dark. The previous occupants trash was still in the garbage can. The ice maker did not work & the ice trays that were provided were cracked.

We have stayed here before and have enjoyed the view from our balcony and the convenience of being near restaurants and Krogers Grocery. Everything you need is just a short distance away If you love good food you should try Millers and Doc Holidays. They both have amazing food. Our Condo was clean and comfortable. We will be back again

We paid 75 for early check in only to be interrupted by the cleaner at 3:27pm. The bed frame was broken on one of the beds and you collect to the center of the bed. After hours of tossing and turning we finally got up and put the ironing board under the mattress. The first morning the ceiling was leaking water and the floor was wet. The handyman went right to it and you can see black mold at the ac vent area where the leak was.

We would not recommend this property for a family with children due to an unsafe balcony. The property was not clean and the sleeping accommodation was uncomfortable.
