Villa Le Moulleau, Arcachon—150 m from the beach, sleeps 14

Our family villa, completely renovated, is ideally located in the heart of the village of Le Moulleau, on the Bay of Arcachon. Only 100 m from the shops and restaurants, 150 m from the large beach and 100 m from the cycle path that goes around the Bay, it offers a privileged holiday setting.

Nestled in a 700 m² garden with trees, the property consists of a main house and a renovated annex, connected by a pleasant covered summer dining room. With its 7 bedrooms (5 of which are on one level) and 5 bathrooms, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.

The main house

First floor: a bright living-dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a laundry room, as well as two communicating bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with its own shower room (shower and sink); the second is a single bedroom with sink.

Upstairs (accessible by a spiral staircase, not recommended for young children and the elderly): a triple bedroom with three single beds and washbasin, as well as a double bedroom with private bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet).

The annex
It includes a single-storey apartment with two bedrooms connected by a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a kitchenette. A third independent bedroom, also on the same level, has its own en-suite shower room.

An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, where everyone can enjoy space and privacy.
