Come to Ogunquit to relax and enjoy all it has to offer. This comfortable home is located in a quiet, peaceful, wooded neighborhood a short distance (0.4 miles) to Ogunquit Village. This spacious two story home features 7 tastefully decorated rooms with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 fully applianced kitchens. Two decks with a grill complete the amenities of this home.

An easy walk gets you to the many excellent restaurants, shops and the spectacular beach which make Ogunquit famous.

Perfect for Ogunquit

Great place to stay in easy walking distance of everything Ogunquit has to offer. We had a fabtastic weekend here!

We had a fantastic 9-night stay at this beautiful home - a spacious and well equipped property that was perfect for our family vacation from the UK. Great hosts - communication was really good a from booking through to check in, and a really kind welcome pack at the house made our arrival really special. Photos don’t do it justice. We would definitely book again if we return to Ogunquit.

Great house

We had a great time at this house during our stay in Ogunquit. The location is excellent, easy walk to town and beach. It was clean and comfortable. Sue was a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend and return!!

Perfect Home for Families!

Amazing well-stocked home! It was perfect for our family of parents, grandparents and two small children. The two separate living areas were a huge plus, since it’s typically difficult to find that in a rental. We walked everywhere, including to the beach and restaurants. Loved the large deck and the AC also! Would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Spot

We had an amazing time in Ogunquit, in large part thanks to Bill and Sue's lovely home. It had ample space for our family of 6, and is perfectly situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the town and beach. Their communication and hospitality was outstanding. It truly was a memorable week. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Susan and Bill were excellent hosts. In addition to an immaculate home the extra touches were very welcoming. Both the town of Ogunquit and the beach were an easy walk highlighted by the beautiful flower gardens maintained by almost everyone in the neighborhood. Our family took advantage of a good number of the many things to do in the area. Lots to do in close proximity. The home itself was perfectly set up for our family - great common areas for our whole family meals, games, etc and sleeping areas up and downstairs providing the extra privacy for the 2 year old in our family and her parents. We will definitely return when we return to the area.

Great week

Many positives- the important ones- comfortable beds, amazing air conditioning, clean and comfortable. Plenty of creature comforts. Loved it. Would recommend and would go back. On a hill so beach walk home was not great but It’s right by the center of town. Any concerns would be minor. Little detail cleaning- older shower curtain (loved the tub shower btw), coffee pot needs a once over. Really nitpicking.

Fantastic!!

Photos do not do this property justice! The home was immaculate, comfortable, and perfect for our needs! The furniture looked brand new, everything is clearly well maintained, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to cook from home including silverware, dishes, and small appliances, the bathrooms had the small travel toiletries you would find at a hotel, towels and linens were fluffy and plentiful, Sue and Bill even left a small gift of local chocolates. We traveled with four adults and three children ages 3-9, and the house was great to spread out in, plenty of living spaces and three full bathrooms. We can’t wait to return next year!

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home was perfect for our stay in Ogunquit. We spent a lot of time outside on the 2 decks and enjoyed being "in the canopy" of trees. The house was meticulously clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was quiet and yet only a 5-10 minute walk to town. The layout provides space to spend time together as well as room to spread out. Check in was easy. A great place for a family vacation.

Beautiful house, great location!

Absolutely loved this property! And the hosts Sue and Bob where fantastic. Check-in was super easy and host provided cell# as to be able to text easily with them. Very thoughtful as they left us very lovely chocolates and each bathroom had shampoo/conditioner, make-up wipes, shaver, and lotion. Location of the house is perfect to walk everywhere! Very quiet and peaceful. Would totally rent this property again!

Exceptional home

The house was meticulous and an attention to detail was kept with everything from cleaning products to plates. I loved the location! It was way from the noise but was in walking distance to Main St.

Omg what a Fantastic place !

Anything and everything you could possibly want it was there. The house was extremely clean, beautiful, roomy, close to town you could walk. You couldn’t ask for a better place. Sue was so great and quickly answered any question that we had and even called to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Let us a beautiful little surprise when we got there. I don’t know if I’ll get back to Maine Anytime soon but I got to say that if we do this is the house we will try to rent.

Amazing Stay!

I stayed with my family, including 2 kids under 4, for 4 nights. Very large and nice space. Around 8 minute walk to downtown Ogunquit and 15 minute walk to the beach. We walked with a beach wagon to the beach every day so we didn't have to pay/deal with parking. When we come back to Ogunquit, we will definitely stay here again if it's available!

A wonderful getaway Down East!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Ogunquit staying at the Beauregards' beautiful home. The house is spacious, immaculate and oh so comfortable. Every detail was attended to, including thoughtful touches like makeup remover pads, beach towels, and amazingly a wonderful welcome box of delicious chocolates. Walk into town and the beach--you will love your time here!

Beautiful home, amazing stay.

The house is so much more than we expected, with a many extra comfort touches... Reservation and check in were easy, the host was responsive and helpful. We received a personal note and gift of gourmet chocolate when we arrived. The home decor is thoughtful and very well done. The view is at the canopy level of trees and the 2 decks feel like being in a tree house. Flowers surround the property and and live plants inside. The beds are very comfortable, linens fresh, crisp and extra pillows, linens and blankets in each bedroom. Home is spotless and stocked to ensure even forgotten sunscreen, toiletries are provided to guests. The photos don't do it justice. Home is a short walk to beach and shops and central to many destinations, York, Kennebunport, Old Orchard Beach, Nubble Light, Trolley Museum. We took day excursions and enjoyed family nights together. This property... is not to be missed.

Wonderful stay in Ogunquit

We had such a nice time at Sue and Bill's home. It was perfectly appointed with many little details to make the stay extra convenient (toothbrushes, razors, etc.) and extra special (some candies upon arrival). They were so kind to accommodate our group last minute. We loved exploring Ogunquit and so enjoyed coming home and having dinner on the back porches.

Family vacation in Ogunquit

We had a great family week in Maine! We didn't have the best luck with weather but having such a beautiful, comfortable house helped us really enjoy our time. The house has everything you need to relax and it's a great location to walk to the "downtown" area. Very responsive hosts too!

We have spent every summer in Ogunquit for the last 40 years. My husbands family had a cottage near Perkins cove where he spent his summers growing up. We spent every summer vacation in Ogunquit with our girls. After the family cottage was sold, we could not stay away. We decided to buy this beautiful home to in 2020 to keep enjoying all the beauty of Ogunquit.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We bought this house last year and have made major improvements which include painting the outside, landscaping, new driveway, new roof and totally redecorated the inside. This is also our home and not just a rental. You will find all the comforts of home in out home! Walk to downtown and the beach!
