First floor apartment located in this beautiful 1890 Victorian wrap around porch, rear deck and one block from the beach. This apartment is on the ground floor. This apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two full size beds, plus the Living Room has a queen size pull out couch. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, window air conditioners, outdoor shower, wifi, and much more. Clean linens and towels are included with the rental cost for beds only. No linen provided for pull out couch! We would highly recommend this rental: great location, clean and comfortable, with sheets and towels included. The pictures do not do the place justice. There is plenty of space and a big deck off the kitchen, which is very well stocked. We didn’t cook during our stay, but still appreciated the beautiful kitchen with 2 coffee makers (and coffee to get you started) and every spice you could possibly need. Overall, a lovely space to rent for a trip to Cape May.

Great Location for All Activities

The location was perfect for walking to shopping, Cape May Stage and very close to the beach and boardwalk.

Family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape May. This was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed walking in the morning to breakfast/coffee, to the beach, and to the Washington mall in the evenings. Everything was convenient, the apartment was charming, and we all had a great time. I would 100%stay here again! The kids already want to come back!

Location location location

This is perfectly located for beach goers, shoppers, and any one looking for good restaurants close by. The rental was clean and had everything we needed as far as linens, towels and a stocked kitchen. Layout is a little wonky, but part of that Victorian charm I suppose.

Christmas in Cape May

The property was in a great location. Was able to walk to the Washington Square Mall for shopping eating and drinks. It was wonderful to have linens and towels supplied. With 4 women it was great to have 2 bathrooms.

Great place.

Clean, very nice apartment. Kitchen was large, well equipped and plenty of storage areas. Loved the decor. Having linens provided was a plus. Outside showers were great. Very close to the beach. Located in a great area. Very friendly and quick to resolve issue with indoor lock. Loved our stay. Thank you.

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy!

This was the perfect home for my siblings and I and our spouses! Plenty of room, a great kitchen/living space. There was one small hiccup where the rental wasn’t ready until ~4:15 and there were no towels, but the communication was great and the issue swiftly rectified! Would recommend!

Historic house in a great location

Old property with some modern upgrades. Convenience to the beach, shops, and dining. Porch and rear deck were a nice feature. Note - The master bathroom sink drains a little slow. Not a deal breaker, but wanted the owners to be aware. Thank you for a good week.

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location

My family loved our stay, so much that we plan to stay again. The apartment is charming and bright, very clean, and has all the amenities you could want or need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the street was quiet with plenty of street parking. We loved being one block from the beach and arcade, and a short walk to downtown. We were right in the heart of the historic area and enjoyed strolling and seeing all the beautiful houses. Appreciated the beach passes, too. The best part of the apartment was the huge and comfortable front porch, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a book. We used it everyday! Thanks to our great hosts for an awesome visit!

Girls Beach Trip

The apartment was clean. It’s a little dated but that expected in the older homes. Bed mattresses were comfortable. Could use an extra blanket for the beds. Has single air conditioner units, not central air. Front porch was nicely furnished and it did have a small back deck. Cape May is a walkable town, which is good because street parking is hard to find.

Central Cape May Gem

Had a great trip to Cape May with my spouse and a couple friends. The apartment we stayed in was on the third floor of a historic Victorian -> couldn't be in a better location. Close to everything...downtown strip was a short walk and the the beach was a block away. Had a great couple of decks to choose from too (a private one too just outside the kitchen) where we hung out and played cards. Communication was great from the hosts! Easy check-in process and home was filled with all you need for a getaway - linens, towels, and even some extra shampoos and soaps for the shower. Home was extremely clean too. Will be back!

A lovely historic apartment just a block from the beach!

We chose this apartment for three reasons: 1. Proximity to the beach 2. It is on the first floor, and my mother is not comfortable on stairs 3. Linens are included! A rarity in Cape May! Overall we were incredibly satisfied with the property. The kitchen is very well appointed with lots of supplies and small appliances. The living room is comfortable with ample seating. The beds are comfy and the the bathrooms are clean. My favorite part about this property, however, is the intact historic charm. It has not been completely remodeled which means the sweet victorian details remain. If you are looking for classic charm, with updated amenities, this is a great spot!

There was no information left to tell us about Cape May and where to go and what to do!

The owner was aware the air conditioning unit was broken in the main bedroom and didn’t tell us - we had to fix it daily and it was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. No info on how to connect with wifi, no Cape May Info or newspapers. It was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend. We thought we were renting a house but found out it was half a duplex with people upstairs and next door . The front bedroom had no windows just doors that couldn't be opened which made it dark and smelled a bit moldy. We have vacationed for 25 years in rental properties and this was very disappointing.

Catherine I am sorry you feel this way about this unit. We did not know that the AC was making a noise until you brought it up to our attention, and as you are aware we sent our handyman immediately to rectify the issue. The add clearly states that it is an apartment, and our welcome text and email provides you with the unit number, so I am not sure where the confusion was. Your texts to us indicated that you were very happy with the place and that it was very clean, so I am a little taken back by your review. Great location!

We had a very nice stay at this house. It's an old house with lots of creaks and odd layout but it was extremely charming and very clean. Perfect for a long weekend stay! And the beach and 'mall' were all the perfect walk away!
