The gîte is on two levels. On the ground floor: a large living room with a lounge area and a fireplace insert. A fully equipped, separate kitchen (2-burner gas hob). A bathroom with a washbasin and walk-in shower. A separate toilet. One bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a connecting bedroom with a single bed (90cm), and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Upstairs: entrance hall. Living/dining room with kitchenette (2-burner electric hob). One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and toilet, and a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Games room available (shared with the other gîte) with a pool table, table football, etc. Petanque court and tennis court.

It is possible to reserve a single additional bedroom, an annex to the gîte, with one bedroom for two people, one double bed (140cm), and a shower room with toilet (€50/night for the additional bedroom with a minimum stay of two nights. The price decreases from the third night onwards).
