The house is located in Essaouira, halfway between the Essaouira-Mogador airport and the beaches of Essaouira and Sidi Kaouki (about 8 kms from these 2 axes)

The house is built on a plot of 1400 M2, fully landscaped which offers the comfort of
be able to park several vehicles in the shade of a Carport without any visual nuisance on them when staying in the house or by the pool.

The house offers 220 M2 of living space, entirely on one level, which is organized as follows:

- Large living room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool through the play of large bay windows composed of a dining area, Lounge-TV area with fireplace, Tasting area: high table and stools
- Equipped kitchen, laundry room.
- A master suite (bedroom, dressing room and full bathroom) opening onto terrace and swimming pool.
3 bedrooms with large cupboards, shower room and private toilet for each of them.
Independent guest toilet.

A heated swimming pool, a furnished roof top (solarium and lounges), a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the pool with large dining table, bar area with plancha, relaxation area with table football and outdoor lounge area complete this set.

A petanque court, located at the entrance to the garden of the house, is also at your disposal.

Reception of your stay:

The reception for your stays is provided by the exclusive caretaker of the house: Adbel.

He also ensures the daily maintenance of the exteriors and the swimming pool for the duration of your stay, for your comfort.

A cleaning lady intervenes before your arrival for the preparation of the rooms (sheets and towels are included in the price of the stay displayed) and the perfect cleaning of the whole house.
It also intervenes, for stays of one week (always included in the price of the stay) for the maintenance, more particularly, of your rooms and bathrooms during your stay, in the middle of the week (Thursday mornings)
Finally, it will take place, after your departure, (end-of-stay cleaning included in the price of your stay).
You will only be asked to remove and fold your sheets and towels used in your respective rooms.

During your stay:

During your stay, you will find below the options that you can retain, in addition to the price of your stay, to be organized directly with our caretaker on site or before your arrival (you will have his contact details as soon as the validation and payment of your stay (deposit and balance):

- Possibility of additional cleaning hours at your own expense.
- Possibility for our caretaker in place to ensure the preparation of your meals (breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners). He is a fine cook, makes local dishes of which he has the secret and the know-how....I highly recommend him
- Possibility, always through our caretaker, to organize reservations for your sports activities, renowned restaurants, horse rides... and also your rental cars for your stay.
