This is a stunning one-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Le Panier, tastefully decorated in nude and sage tones, and incredibly cozy with its authentic touches (exposed beams, traditional Provençal ceramic tiles, and spaces pleasantly punctuated by studio-style glass walls)<br>As lovers of interior design, the art of living, and hospitality, we’ve spent a lot of time envisioning and furnishing this space!<br><br>The Accommodation <br>Sleeping Arrangements: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed—perfect for a couple or a single person<br><br>We provide:<br>- soft white percale sheets<br>- bath towels<br><br>Apartment Amenities<br>- Nespresso coffee maker<br>- a hair dryer<br>- an iron and an ironing board<br>- there is no air conditioning, but you’ll have a large fan<br><br>Location<br>It’s located on a pedestrian street in the beautiful and traditional Panier neighborhood, the one that inspired the hit TV series “Plus belle la vie.”<br>Fun fact: we’ve already been contacted about filming in this apartment :-)<br>You’ll be ideally located and close to all the things to do in Marseille:<br>- 5-minute walk from La Major Cathedral<br>- 10-minute walk from the Old Port<br>- 10-minute walk from the MUCEM<br>- 35-minute walk from Notre-Dame de la Garde (but it’s a steep climb!!)<br>- Just a few minutes’ walk from several restaurants and bars<br>- Close to several supermarkets<br>And a 20-minute walk from the Saint Charles Train Station and 10 minutes from the Joliette (L2) and Vieux Port (L1) metro stations, as well as the tram and several bus lines!<br><br>Parking<br>Since the neighborhood is entirely pedestrian-only, there’s no parking available in front of the apartment, but there are several secure, paid parking lots nearby:<br>- Indigo République Parking: 7-minute walk<br>- Indigo Vieux Port MUCEM Parking: 7-minute walk<br>- Q-Park Vieux Port Hôtel de Ville Parking: 8-minute walk<br><br>Check-in and check-out times<br>Check-in: from 4:00 PM<br>Check-out: at 11:00 AM<br><br>Arriving earlier or checking out later is possible upon request, but this incurs additional fees since it requires us to adjust our cleaning schedule and hire an extra person to assist us.<br><br>Your luggage<br>We are unable to store your luggage before check-in or during check-out.<br><br>Please note: The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small, well-maintained, family-run condominium.<br><br>Guest access<br>You have access to the entire apartment all to yourself.
