Cascade Pines Lake House - Mountain Views - Sauna - EV Charger

There is parking available your cars, trailers and toys in our long driveway. Views of Tamarack ski resort and the mountains. A brand new luxury home stocked to meet every need. You will be 4 miles from the entrance to Tamarack ski resort, 1 mile from adventure rentals, close lake access to Cascade Lake and adventure trails for UTV, hiking, biking, fishing and snow mobiles. Garage features a brand new 4 person (realistically 2) infrared red light therapy sauna with bluetooth and a universal rapid EV charger which is available to guests during their stay. We provide a bunch of amenities to make packing light which includes sleds, snow shoes, beach chairs, SUP's, life jackets, kayaks (kid and adult), some basic fishing gear and beach toys.

Bedroom 1 - King suite downstairs with smart TV, electric fireplace with heater and cooling fan, master bath with stand alone Italian soak tub and custom tile shower and walk in closet stocked with books, puzzles and toys for the kids.

Bedroom 2 - Queen suite is downstairs with closet and private bathroom (shower / bath combo). Luggage rack is provided with plenty of closet space.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed with twin bunk bed and closet with a luggage rack. Bunk beds are solid wood made in the USA to accommodate adults.

Loft - Double bed with twin bunk beds, smart TV, sofa. Bunk beds are solid wood made in the USA to accommodate adults. Old school Atari gaming console with bluetooth game controls. DVD player so bring your favorite DVD's.

Large spacious open large patio with views. Living room and dining room have breath taking views of the mountains. No photo can even do this view justice.

Kitchen is gourmet with a gas range, instant hot water at the sink, double Bosch ovens, large stainless steel fridge with filtered water. Huge walk in pantry, fully stocked kitchen, coffee pot with coffee bar provided. Rice cooker, toaster, blender, food processor, kitchen Aid mixer, Air frier, and plenty of dishes to entertain. The pantry is stocked with spices and all kitchen amenities so you can pack light.

Dining room seats 12 with a custom made clark walnut blue river epoxy dining table, kitchen bar seats 4.

New 6 pair boot dryer on a timer to keep all your gear dry for the rest of your adventures. Works great to dry hats, boots, gloves and all of your winter equipment.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1. We have 3 smart TVs and high speed WIFI but we do not have cable.
2. We have high minerals in our water like a hot spring so our water is safe to drink but does have a tint because of the high iron. It's perfectly safe and healthy but might catch you off guard if you are not expecting it. Orange does not mean dirty in the Hawks Bay community.
3. While we love pets the property is not setup for pets as we do not have all the outside landscaping done and if they wander they can get VERY muddy if it rains. We are trying to keep our cleaning fee low while providing high standards and it requires an extraordinary amount of extra cleaning to remove all evidence of pets. We don't even bring our own pets when we visit because of this.
4. Please no smoking in the home or garage. We have a strict policy and you will be charged for all the damages. This includes vaping.
5. You are in the mountains so you may see bugs, wildlife or the occasional spider around the property. We do our absolute best to keep them in their natural habitat and not in our beautiful home but please understand that is the trade off of being in the wilderness.
6. We have some cameras on the property to help us maintain the property (snow removal, etc) while we are not there and managing remotely. We have a camera at the front entry, in the garage to ensure the door is closed and in the driveway on the flood light to cover the driveway, flood light camera in the driveway and on the front patio. These are for your protection and ensure no unexpected things arise on the property before you arrive. These are NOT to be tampered with in any way or you will be immediately evicted without a refund.
7. Be cool and register all your guests with us. If you want to have a good time with your buddies make sure they are part of the 12 registered guests. Bringing more than 12 without approval will result in immediate eviction. Our permit from the city and insurance only covers registered guests not exceeding 12.
8. Trash day is early Wednesday morning so all guests who join us Tuesday you are required to put the cans on the street for pickup early in the morning Wednesday. Else someone is taking a fun trip to the dump. It's a pretty drive but no one wants to pay for that. $50 fee for non compliance. $50 per hour for excessive trash collection left in the home. Plus it's gross so just don't do it.
