Prepare to enjoy beautiful Cap Cana staying in this wonderful two story Pent House with all the commodities and amenities you need !
First floor features a spacious and bright private terrace with your own private pool and BBQ, enjoy having your meals in the outdoor dining table with direct access to the equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, living room and half bathroom. In the 2nd floor you'll find 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with full bathrooms attached and balconies.
NOTE: THE BUILDING HAS A ONGOING RENOVATION ON TOP FLOORS AND GENERAL AREAS. THE UNIT'S PARKING SPACE IT BEING UTILIZED TO STORE MATERIALS, THEREFOR CLIENTS ARE BEING ASKED TO USE THE BUILDING'S GENERAL PARKING AREA.
Each bedroom has TV, A/C and access to fast Wifi. The apartment is located in a gated luxury complex called La Arboleda residences where you will have access to the complex's amenities exclusive for La Arboleda's guests:
* Free private parking for guests
* Events room
* Gym
* Swimming pool and children's pool
* Jacuzzi
* Pedestrian walks
* Children area
* Parking for visitors.
