"Live the life" in this stunning "High Style" architectural in the HEART of Santa Monica! This 5 Bedroom/ 4.5 Bath gorgeous modern luxury home is located just 3 blocks from the famous Third Street Promenade, 6 blocks from the OCEAN, no car needed! Donuts, coffee, Mendocino Farms, right on your block!
The spacious open floor plan lends itself easily to Indoor/Outdoor living with a beautiful front deck and yard perfect for hanging out, entertaining, and living/working in style. The rooftop is huge and also is a great outdoor space in the middle of Santa Monica, with views.
The open floor plan downstairs features a high end Boffi Kitchen with the best of Italian & German fixtures & finishes with sleek, designer appliances. The central light shaft & stairway lets natural light permeate thru-out the house.
The Master bedroom features a stunning master bathroom with a large gorgeous floor to ceiling cement shower, spacious tub and high end fixtures. The Master also features a walk in closet and balcony.
The back bedroom (Bedroom #2) is large, has a sitting area, a balcony and it's own entrance from the garage/parking as well as an en-suite bathroom and built in gorgeous desk/bookcase.

We are both native Los Angelinos. We love the beach, hiking, biking, and hanging with our 3 kids. We also love to travel. Our beach house in Santa Monica was a dream of ours and we hope you love it as much as we do!

This beach house is a rare gem. Santa Monica has lots of places that are older, but this house is a special find in that it's newer and has all the modern bells and whistles. It's perfect for families, roommates, work from home, you name it! It's location makes it a special place because you can walk to the beach, and to all the great things Santa Monica has to offer. We often bike to Venice and surrounding areas as well.
On top of that it has a special feel, it's modern but super warm, has lots of outdoor space and a huge rooptop!
