This home is delightful. My kids loved it and we all felt like royalty staying here. Every corner is beautiful and was the perfect blend of historic charm with modern touches. Location is great on a quiet street but close to anything you’d want to visit in the historic district. We hope to stay here again!!

Great spot with lots of space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was great - spacious and enough room for our group of four girls! We loved the little secret bar room - it's lovely for cozy time at home, whilst being central to Savannah's best stuff. The Living Room I think had been re-arranged to the picture posted, but still has sufficient seating (the pink stool not there, but has a coffee table and arm chairs still alongside couch). Not an issue but just to flag. One shower in guest room also works opposite so first we thought there was no hot water but quickly addressed with the team! Overall would highly recommend - easy communication and clean

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad the home was a great fit for your group of four and that you enjoyed the spacious layout and unique “secret bar” room—it’s definitely a fun spot for relaxing together while still being close to all that Savannah has to offer. We also appreciate you noting the living room layout update and sharing helpful clarification for future guests. It’s great to hear that our team was able to quickly assist with the shower hot water question as well. Most importantly, we’re thrilled you found the home clean, easy to communicate about, and highly recommendable. We’d love to host you again on a future Savannah getaway! The Lucky Team

Our visit to Savannah was made truly special by our stay at this amazing home (pictures don’t do it justice for beauty and space). This location simply couldn’t be beaten - we loved being able to walk to everything in historic Savannah, which was incredibly convent as we were there to see our daughter and attend the film festival. The space itself was beautifully designed, and we particularly appreciated the roominess of the house; it felt incredibly comfortable and spacious. This property is now very high on our list, and we will absolutely look to stay here again if it is available during our next visit to Savannah. Highly Recommend!!!

Fabulous Savannah townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Chateau on Charlton was an absolute dream townhouse. The entire property was gorgeous but some of the highlights are phenomenal location for walking, beautiful decor, super comfortable beds, amazing views from outdoor lounging areas and there were lovely hospitality items left for us to make our stay comfortable. We are so looking forward to our trip back to the Chateau!

Pretty and big! Two en suite bedrooms upstairs, kitchen dining room and living room downstairs meant there was plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the historic, walkable neighborhood of Savannah.

Amazing Home

This is our second time staying at this wonderful house and even though a year has passed, the home is still immaculate and well appointed. Truly luxurious in every way, spotless clean and welcoming. It is walking distance to everything historic downtown Savanah has to offer. BRAVO to the management company "Lucky Savanah" and the Owners of the home for their meticulous maintenance of this stunning property. We will return for sure.

Chateau on Charlton: The Perfect Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chateau on Charlton was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Savannah! It is a lovely home-away-from-home that exhibits all the charm of Savannah living. And its location between Forsyth Park and the river meant we were centrally located among wonderful museums and restaurants -- and that we could walk everywhere. We look forward to our next visit to Savannah -- and to Chateau on Charlton.

Nice stay

Great property for couples. Each room has its own bathroom and the layout was excellent. Very large home as well and located within walking distance of many attractions. My only complaint is that it skimped on household items such as paper towels, coffee and coffee filters (2 for a 3 day stay), and other kitchen and cooking items. Had to make a run to a Walgreens for little extras like that a couple of times. It was a VERY nice property though overall, just a few little extra cheap household items would have made it exceptional.
