Large and clean, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location for visiting Universal studios, especially Epic Universe, pool was large and beautifully tropical, felt like a resort. Would stay here again!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay! Gary was a fantastic host, and we would not hesitate to stay at a vacation home managed by him again. The property was everything that was advertised, checking was straightforward, and was clean upon arrival.

Family stay

We had a great stay here - It's well kept and had everything we needed. It's close to the parks as well as shopping and dining.

Lovely spacious apartment, super near Epic Universe. Easy check in. Gary very fast replying to any emails or questions before and during stay.We didnt manage to use Vista Cay facilities like the pool as it was record cold temperatures but I would stay in this apartment again, would recommend as Gary was 1st class.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Management was quick to respond, and the pool was a nice benefit. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

This is a spacious, comfortable unit, that is close to the Orange County Convention Center and so much more! Gary was great to work with & is always available to make the stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Roomy and clean

The rental is very spacious and very clean. It is conveniently located near the convention center and Universal. A supermarket and restaurants are close by. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Nice property; great management

Place is nice, clean and close to universal, which was the point of our stay. Management company was great: communication prior to check in and made sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend any property under their managment

Our family of five stayed for seven nights and had a great experience. Gary and the team were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location is excellent—very close to Epic, SeaWorld, and Aquatica, and only about 10 minutes from Universal and Islands of Adventure. It definitely beats sitting in I‑4 traffic.The only downside was that the kids’ water park was under repair during part of our stay, so the kids only got to use it twice. When it’s open, though, it’s a fantastic feature for families.Overall, the space, in‑unit laundry, and well‑equipped kitchen made staying in a condo far more enjoyable than a hotel. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip. Thank you!

National Volleyball tournament vscation

We enjoyed our stay!! The Condo was very spacious! Very convenient to the convention center so we were able to even walk to the volleyball national tournament ! We also appreciated the location as it is close to theme parks ! Grocery stores and restaurants close by also ! We love Vista Cay any this Confi was very nice for our 10 day stay ! We would recommend it and look forward to staying there again !

My family of five stayed in this unit at Vista Cay while one of my children competed at the AAU Volleyball National Championship tournament at OCCC. We extended the stay as well to visit some Disney and Universal parks. First, this unit is beautifully kept and in great proximity to OCCC as well as the theme parks. We were able to walk to the North OCCC building which helped alleviate the need to deal with parking hassle. Second, the amenities included in the unit and property met all our needs including and not limited to the linens, towels, dish towel, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, property access to pool and fitness center. The close proximity to shopping and fun is an added bonus. And the location of this corner unit close to the OCCC and on the outer portion of the Vista Cay community was convenient and quietly peaceful. Loved the location!Third, the owner of the condo and/or property manager were responsive and extremely helpful when I had a question during my stay. Fourth and final, the pricing was better than the area hotels given the space we needed for five of us. We would definitely stay here in this unit again if we come back to Orlando. If you stay here, you will be glad you did.

Perfect location for a convention center tournament

We were looking for a place to stay for a volleyball tournament close to the convention center and that could house two other Mom's and Daughters. It ended up being a great location and close to all of the other attractions the girls wanted to enjoy.

Wonderful! This is an exceptionally clean, very spacious, and well-appointed property. Minutes to grocery store and pharmacy and proximal to all Disney and Universal parks — just 5 minutes door-to-door to Epic parking! The property manager was very attentive and checked in with us regularly during our stay to ensure that we had no issues and that our needs were being met. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying at Vista Cay on our next vacation in Orlando!

Great Location to Parks

Great place to stay!

We were so happy with our place at Vista Cay. The home was very clean. We love the fully stocjed kitchen. We were avle to make just about any meal we wanted. The beds were comfortable and it was quite.
