Best of Belize

We spent a week at the three bedroom condo facing the pool and the lagoons. The condo itself was very clean and the staff that maintained the property are amazing.

Great location

Place was very new and had all of the desired amenities. Location north of town is perfect and it is very close to many good restaurants. Beautiful pools.

Beautiful and fun!

We loved our stay! Great location and beautiful condo and property. Surrounded by amazing places to eat. Easy access to excursions with excellent service from property staff. Most definitely recommended!

Amazing vacation spot

We were a group of 6 friends from Wisconsin and loved our stay at your property. Not only was it beautiful, but the staff at Sunset Caribe was amazing. Very accommodating and took care of so many travel needs from shuttles to & from the airport, as well as booking our flights to and from the island. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Spring Break

Great Spring Break vacation with our family. The place was very spacious and very modern. Really enjoyed our time here at the pool. The golf cart rental is a must. Super easy staff to work with very any assistance. Overall great place with nice amenities!

We love the place , not just the condo but the town , the people. We only wish we could have walked out to the turquoise water . But the boat was great!

Perfect place and location!

This condo is gorgeous, comfortable, bright, airy, and very comfortable. The location is perfect for staying in San Pedro. You can easily get to town, secret beach, or just explore The staff at the Sunset Caribe is outstanding. They take care of everything, and make great suggestions. Love that you can also use the facilities at the Gran Caribe too. We loved our vacation! Thanks Shelby Family!

Sunset Caribe

The condo was great! The service was great! The wait staff at the pool was outstanding! Our family really enjoyed the amenities of the resort. It was a great combination of being able to lounge by the pool and order whatever from the restaurant/bar but also have the flexibility to head in to town for something else at night. Our favorite takeaway was being introduced to the fryjack - delicious!

It's perfect!!

Our second stay in San Pedro.... This is a newer property next to some of our favorite places to eat and hang out... The restaurant Rain cooked our fish and we ate there several times because it is so good! The staff- they are all so friendly! We loved the security guards at the gate and on the property. So clean, nicely decorated...

We had a great time! The condo was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were very friendly and kind. Great to have housekeeping and laundry available. It was awesome to be able to use both properties. Also, the ease of renting a golf cart to booking flights was very helpful. It’s the perfect location, away from the bussel of downtown. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Beautiful Condo; Great Location

Our family of five stayed here for 3 nights in January 2024 and had a wonderful time. The space is large, clean and comfortable. The beds are great and we enjoyed the large living room to play games and watch sports on the TV. The pool and a jacuzzi are easily accessible downstairs. The staff at Sunset Caribe is terrific and very helpful. We loved being on the north side of San Pedro with access to some great restaurants and being closer to Sunset Beach while still getting into San Pedro very easily.

Perfect resort at perfect location

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this condo and can’t say enough good things about the property. It’s new, with amazing pools, and very clean, spacious decor. The people that work at the facility were absolutely wonderful, as Rick and Heather, the owners. We had an issue with missing a flight, and they were more than accommodating! We all agreed that being just north of the city center was the best location. And our friends and us had a wonderful time. This was our 4th time in Belize and we will definitely come back and stay at this property.

No reservation after booking 3 months ahead and paying over 5000 for the week

Our arrival was a horrible experience The resort claimed they didn't have my reservation from VRBO and that the unit I booked had someone already in it. They contacted the owners of the unit who claimed they disnt know what was going on. After much back and forth and waiting, the resort was able to accommodate us in another unit. My advise is never to book with VRBO as they were zero help when I contacted their customer service and just kept referring me back to the owners who had no idea what was going on. If you want to stay at this resort, I would book directly and not use VRBO as they take a large fee and offer you no help when there are issues with the booking.

Perfect for our family

This condo was great for our 2 adults and four teenagers. The resort was very quiet and you have access to the Grand Caribe pool and restaurants. It’s on the north part of the island and lagoon side so you don’t get the smelly seaweed. The condo was exactly as listed…the only obstacles were there isn’t much storage for clothing (four small cubbies in the master) and the kitchen isn’t well appointed should you want to cook (no measuring cups or baking dishes and only a few pans). The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and pretty. The view of the sunset was amazing. The location is great…the truck stop is a short 1 min golf cart ride. It’s pricier than most places but the vibe is cool. There are several grocery stores very close. Thank you for a great stay! We’d stay here again when we come back.

Spacious and amenities galore

The property is beautiful and so well appointed. It has amenities like a hotel (daily housekeeping, concierge, room service, spa). The owners left a book of their favorite things and sent a PDF prior to our arrival which was incredibly helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

My group and I enjoyed our stay at Sunset Caribe. There is construction going on next door but it won't be a problem. The pool and pool bar were great. I like the fact that we could dine and use pool at Grand Caribe (sister property). All of the receptionist were exceptional.

Beautiful Belizean Retreat

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo for a 10 day vacation. This is by far the best location on Ambergris Caye, the condo was spacious enough for our group of five and we loved the family room for movie nights! The staff at Sunset Caribe was there for anything we needed during our stay and even cleaned the room a few times. Highly recommend Heather’s condo for your Belize vacation!
