- a separate, fully equipped kitchen (table with 4 chairs, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and all necessary dishes)
- Two large bedrooms, each with a 140x200 double bed and a 90 extra bed
- A bedroom with two single beds,
- A bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a bathtub
- Separate toilet.

Outside, you’ll find several areas… Furnished terraces, sun loungers, and a covered patio for those slightly cooler evenings!
You can also enjoy the small lounge area to relax between dips in the heated pool.
For the more active, you can play a game of ping-pong, badminton (the villa is sheltered from the wind!), pétanque, or why not take some surf lessons? — The surf school is a 5-minute walk away!
