A fully modern kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops await any cook! Tucked into the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer. The breakfast bar has three bar stools and opens to the Great Room. The main living area has comfortable seating and beautiful views of the golf course....there is a queen pull-out sofa to comfortably sleep guests. This spacious room opens to the sunroom which has seating for two. Double sliding doors take you from the sunroom to the deck. The sliders have custom sound and light proof blinds providing privacy and enclosure. Walk onto the deck which steps down to the 8th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course. The owners have brought the beautiful foliage onto the deck through various planters. Have your morning coffee here or an afternoon cocktail. Comfortable seating and a gas grill make for a relaxing stay.

Head upstairs to the large master bedroom and bath. A comfortable king bed awaits your dreams. The bath has granite countertops, an antibacterial shower and glass doors. Medicine cabinet style mirrors in both bathrooms provide enhanced storage and easy access to toiletries and all cabinetry to include custom mission doors in a modern color palette of taupe and grey. The bedroom has a king bed and 40" HDTV. The bedroom has lovely views of the golf course. A powder bath can be found on the first floor.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 2 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements:
SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
