West side of this stunning complex. This 6 bedroom house is newly remodeled and refurbished with high end decor. Enjoy this spacious home with beach views and just 60' to the beach boardwalk across from the driveway. Features shared pool with the other side of the duplex. Great decks out front and large grilling area. 3 King size bedrooms, 1 king/queen bunk room, 1 bunk room with 2 Queen beds and 1 bunk room with 4 twin beds. Parking for 4 cars.

This house is part of the BEACH MUSIC RENTAL HOUSES group. We also offer 4 & 8 bedroom houses.

Family Getaway

Three generations of family stayed at this house for a lovely week. We loved the short walk to the beach. The weather was perfect as was the house!

Cousin Camp 2023

Plenty of room for all, grandparents, parents, and all eight grandkids. It was a great week with all of us together. It was a short easy walk to the beach and the private pool was wonderful.

Perfect Location for Big Family

We had 4 families staying in this beautiful home and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The quick walk to the beach was no problem and we could see the ocean from the balconies. The house is so close to stores and restaurants! Things you may need staying here: laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, beach towels, and beach chairs.

We loved this location! just wish the pool was heated. But thay didn't stop the kids. We loved it and property manager was on top of it when our internet was out

Best Group Trip Stay !!

We have done a large group beach trip over the past four years with four families and this was by far the best ! Great location ! Clean and quick access to beach and stores /restaurants. By far THE best customer service we have experienced yet ! We will definitely be returning again. Thanks for making our annual beach trip a huge success and we all hated to leave !! We will be back !

Perfect!

The location was perfect! The house was extremely clean. We had nine adults for a long weekend. It met all our needs. Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent this house again.

Start to finish

Had one of the easiest experiences securing this house. It meet all our needs and more. Didn’t know we would run into a day of jellyfish that kept us out of the water at the beach…no problem, the pool was perfect!! Rachel, Ian & Kay, faces I never saw, ensured this family vacation was memorable and we will be back.

Love the location!

Loved the short walk to the beach, the king size beds in every room and everything about this house. We had 3 families staying (7 adults and 8 children) and there was plenty of room for all. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Very nice family vacation house

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Host was easy to communicate with and had prompt replies. Pros: clean house! Large enough for 4 families. We had 15 people. Loved the kids bunk room. Great location- close to grocery store, restaurants and several activities. Steps from the beach. Cons: limited basic supplies in the house. The pool is not heated and therefore too cold to use even with the nice weather in the 70’s (end of March). No screens on any windows which was a safety concerns for little kids- could not open. Listing has a grill listed — the large gas grill is very used and dirty- not cleaned. Unusable. They do have a small charcoal grill available. The TVs in bunk room are nice however a little tricky to work- using one remote turns on all tvs, channel changer affects all tvs. Overall, ideal location for family vacation. Great house. Small improvements could be made. Would stay again.

Great Experience

Overall, this location made for a great vacation for our family. The location to private beach access was wonderful. Rooms were nice, shopping very close (within walking distance). There were a few maintenance issues like no light bulbs in places and the ice/water dispenser broken, etc. but it didn't hinder our experience. I communicated with them about these minor issues, so I'm hopeful they will resolve for the next renters. Overall, I would definitely stay in this home again for a vacation.

Really nice property

The home is really nice and clean, and the layout is great. It’s very close to the beach. The pool on site is nice and includes an outdoor shower for washing off the sand. The only con is they ask you to email or text a picture of your drivers license and booking credit card prior to check in. With identity theft being so prevalent, I was uncomfortable doing this. Overall, would recommend.

Beautiful hom, Fantasti stay! Loved it!

Lovely home with a lot of space, close to the beach and centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores(Publix &Walmart Market). Our trip started off with tropical storm Claudette, however the owners kindly offered us an early check in on that Friday because the other guess left due to the storm. In all the rentals we’ve stayed and I’ve never had anyone offer that to us which was greatly appreciated with the approaching tropical storm. Once we got to the home it was decorated beautifully, plenty of space for the five adults and nine children. The pictures clearly represent what you get. The home was a very quick walk to the beach so quick that we are able to go back-and-forth to get drinks or use the restroom. Much easier than staying in a condo and waiting 10 minutes for an elevator stuffed full of sweaty people. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for all to eat. Overall, I was impressed with the property, location and working with owners was a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again because of location and convenience to the beach. The pool was a great addition as well! Some days waves were too rough for the kids to get in the ocean due to the the storm. Also, parking was amazing! Three covered spots for all of our SUV’s which was much needed with downpours of rain the first two days. Fabulous property-you won’t be disappointed!!!
