On the first floor, a living room with two single beds that can be assembled into a double bed, 80cm flat screen, fiber internet connection, dining area for 4 people. A large library with board games, DVDs and many books is also there to enhance your stay.
A billiards table under the dining room table will delight your evenings.

Shower room with sink and WC attached to the lounge/bedroom.

An independent kitchen with electric hob, combi oven (microwave and convection), Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, plancha ...

Upstairs a very bright bedroom with storage space and its independent bathroom with bath and toilet.
A 100m² garden in a quiet area without any vis-à-vis and unobstructed view with garden furniture and deckchairs, facing south.
The house meets the latest standards in terms of comfort and functionality with quality bedding.
On your arrival you will find some Senséo capsules, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, paper towel, toilet paper, soap...
Other equipment can be provided on request.
Access by the A13 (Deauville exit), by train (Trouville-Deauville station). Free parking in front of the house.

Possibility of plugging in an electric car with participation.
