CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed.

What a spectacular property! Beautiful view from the 8th floor deck. Check in was easy and seamless. Property management was always available and in constant contact. Our week at the beach with our son and his girlfriend could not have been better. The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished and had a spectacular location which made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to. The beach and water were perfect. The lounges on the deck and lazy river were a nice alternate when we took a break from the beach. Also noted the water slide, beach entry pool and splash pad for the future when we bring our grandchildren! We will definitely stay in this building and rent from this company again.

Great Stay

My family and my friend’s family stayed in this condo and it was perfect for us. We loved staying here and hated to leave. Everything looked just like the pics and it’s close to a lot of things around orange beach. My friend and I definitely agreed that our trip here would be tradition every year. Great place to stay.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. The elevators were fast, the pool/lazy river and the beach were not crowded and the parking garage was also very spacious. The view was incredible.

Close to Perfect

4 adults and 2 small children on a family vacation. Our condo was excellent and exactly as described. The view and large balcony were safe for little ones and big enough for everyone to enjoy.Although I understand the parking issues this would get a perfect review from me if one car was free to park and any additional vehicles charged the fee. The pool was kept exceptionally clean and the staff communicated perfectly about weather related closures. We would highly recommend this property for those with families of all ages.

It was an excellent stay and we really enjoyed it. The pool was really relaxing and every store was nearby so we could walk anywhere. Overall, the experience was phenomenal and we will consider coming back.

Awesome Vacation

Great Condo for a short or long getaway

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to linens. The ice maker is a HUGE plus. We loved having the extra bar space too! Two families stayed in this apartment, 4 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I definitely recommend staying in this unit.

We LOVED it here. It checked all the boxes. Super clean, very spacious for our family of 4, balcony views, comfortable beds. The check in and check out was very simple. Had plenty of towels so we weren’t constantly having to wash them. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed utensil and appliance wise. We LOVED It here and will absolutely be coming back.

Our best vacation yet

We stayed at this condo in August and it was an absolute dream. The unit was so clean, the building smelled great and the beds were soft and so comfortable. Our favorite thing was the lazy river and pool, where we soaked away all cares. The beach wasn’t crowded and had sugar soft sand and clear water. We loved every minute. Only suggestion would be the tv situation was annoying with all the remotes and we were never able to access streaming. We plan to stay here again. Such a great property!

Perfect Getaway

Everything was perfect. The condo was extremely clean and very nice. My family had a great time here. We had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The furniture was nice and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was there needs to be a better street identifier for the building. Driving at night it was a little difficult to see where we needed to turn. We did have gps but a sign for the building wouldve helped a lot.

Very professional

We had such a good time! This is my first time staying at a place with all the bedrooms away from the beach, and i will say that i enjoyed it! It was cozy and so comforting to have it as dark as you want for after beach naps! I loved the hallway bathroom for the swimwear changing, which is the washer/dryer room - very convenient! The ice maker was a lifesaver, and the balcony was a dream. They had the room cleaned early so we didnt have to wait that long at all. I really appreciate the staff and would highly recommend. Thank you for housing my family!!

The time listed for checkout on vrbo when booking, and the time in my agreement was not the same. They tried to honor it, but said they couldn’t. Frustrating because we booked this one for our leaving plan of the day because of the time. Other than that the property was clean and spacious and recently updated. Plenty of bathroom space and master bed space.

Best stay ever!

We absolutely loved our trip to Phoenix Orange Beach II! The condo is beautiful. Everything was so clean and fresh. The view is absolutely amazing. We loved the lazy river so much! The waterside and splash pad was fun for the kids. The indoor pool was great when it was a little cool outside. The hot tub heater wasn’t working but my kids didn’t even care about that. The unit was supposed to have a Keurig. When I noticed there was not one I texted the company. The next morning they delivered a brand new Keurig to the unit. Now that’s customer service! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Relaxing Spring Break Getaway

We spent our spring break here and loved our relaxing stay. We were lucky enough to get an early check in which was great. The view of the beach from the living room, kitchen and balcony was worth the price alone. Never got tired of waking up and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee. The beach is amazing, even during spring break there was more than enough room to set up shop and have our kids play in the sugar soft sand all day. We did think having a "downtown" would have been nice, but that probably would have just made it busier than it was, so no complaints there. The restaurants in the area were average, but we spent most of our time cooking in the unit, and there is a great grocery store just down the street. The indoor pool was a bit hectic when then weather wasn't great, so check out the state park down the road for some good outdoor time. The lazy river and waterslide were great for our younger kids, but I will say it is definitely not heated. The view and the beach were worth the price alone, such a great stay and worth the 16 hour drive!

Cleaning Seevice Mistake

On Saturday, the day before our departure, there were 3 people knocking on our front door, at approximately 130 pm. I assumed they were the cleaning crew because they had cleaning supplies with them. One of them asked me, “why are you still here? You were supposed to be gone this morning.” I was panicking because I was afraid we made a mistake and did not departure on the correct day. I ran back inside to grab my phone to check our itinerary. We were correct that our departure was the next day. I went back to the door to speak with the cleaners and I saw them just entering the elevator to leave. They made no apology as it was their mistake. I assume they were in the wrong building. Anyway I thought it was very rude and unprofessional of them to at best make an apology as to their mistake. My family and I were upset and disheveled over the incident. Also, the lack of garbage bags, dish soap, and paper towels was a joke. They gave us one extra garbage bag, a mini bottle of dish soap and one roll of paper towels. Buying the smallest box of garbage bags at the store was about ten dollars and we really only needed three or four. When you are packing for the condo bring a few extra items from home. Overall, our condo was clean, had a beautiful Oceanside view, nice amenities, and very relaxing. I would rate the experience at four stars.
