This stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo, built in 2020, features floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end finishes, and breathtaking city views. The open-concept living space offers plenty of seating, a Smart TV, dining for 8, and a gorgeous kitchen with a large quartz waterfall island and premium appliances making it perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Step out onto the expansive balcony, accessible from multiple bedrooms, and take in sweeping views of Gulf Shores. The unit comfortably sleeps 11 guests with four king suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony access, and a bonus room with twin beds and a trundle, ideal for additional guests.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas, and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

Excellent location. Unit was clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped (we used this a lot). Nice furniture. Pool on roof is easily accessible and nice. My children, grandchildren, and girlfriend all thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations.

Love this roomy condo! This is the third time we have stayed here and it is always amazing. Perfect location, easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking was also close and easy. Will be returning for sure :)

Wonderful place to stay

Gulf Place is comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed our time there very much. The rooftop pool is beautiful, the sunset views spectacular.

Great!

We were there for a beach volleyball tournament and the location was perfect. Unit was clean, updated, and enough room for all of us. Will stay again!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!Huge place, but had zero amenities that should come with a condo. Literally, no trash bags, toilet paper (1 roll), no spices, not even salt and pepper...the list goes on. The complex did not have a grill and did not provide towels for the pool or beach. The unit is also at the end of the main road that dead ends into the beach, which was extremely noisy and disturbing with the number of fire trucks, police and ambulance that kept us awake all night. The AC also turns off in the middle of the night causing you to sweat to death, no matter what you set it at before going to bed.The icing on the cake was they have an extremely early check-out time of 10am and when we requested a later time, we were met with a hard NO. I was traveling with my elderly parents and we tried our best to be out by 10am, however the housekeepers barged in screaming that we needed to be out and that we were in violation. We were out by 10:24 to be exact. Would have been out sooner too, but they require you clean the place prior to the housekeepers, so not sure what they did. The fees were astronomical, so be careful about that.

We’re sorry this stay did not meet your expectations. Our listing explains that the condo includes a starter supply of essentials, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and initial trash bags. Before arrival, all guests receive an email outlining exactly what is provided so they can plan accordingly. Spices, pool and beach towels, and a shared grill are not advertised amenities. Gulf Place is located in the heart of Gulf Shores near the beach, restaurants, and attractions. While many guests appreciate the walkable location, traffic and emergency vehicles can occasionally create additional noise. We regret hearing about the A/C concern and wish we had been given the opportunity to address it during your stay. Our 10:00 a.m. checkout time is disclosed before booking and allows housekeeping to prepare the condo for incoming guests. The late-checkout request was made two days before departure, and we responded at that time that we could not accommodate it due to the housekeeping schedule. It was not a last-minute denial. Guests are not required to clean the condo, only to complete a few basic departure tasks, such as removing trash and loading dishes. We are addressing the concern regarding the housekeeping interaction, as we expect all communication with guests to remain courteous and professional.

Great location. Huge disappointment that the roof top pool was not available 50% of the time as this was a drawing feature and why we were willing to pay more.

The space is very nice. I would've given more stars except that there are so many things that you are not made aware of before booking, that should be made known, such as: parking situation, the fact that you are literally rushed out of the space (very uncomfortable situation when you have a large group with you). The lack of concern for the tenants needs upon checkout was a bit disturbing, bc the communication is basically you have to be gone by 10 (too early for checkout), not leaving enough time between the previous tenant and the upcoming tenant. The space does mot have enough essentials on hand.

The accommodations were wonderful and we felt safe the entire time there! The location is central with lots of restaurants and activities close. The rooftop pool is beautiful. I would return without hesitation!

Amazing Space!

This space was absolutely perfect for my large size family. All features were updated and we had plenty of space for our 11 members. Decor was beautifully put together.

Chose property primarily due to location close to the Hangout, could literally see the band playing from living room, and hear them from balcony, and many other restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well as been right on the beach Great experience in Gulf Shores staying at this property

Such a nice stay!

The condo was so spacious and convenient to many things. We enjoyed it so much! Having the new Embassy Suites opening up across the street is going to be a negative thing I fear. They were testing out their speaker systems the whole time we were there and it was REDICULOUSLY LOUD! The music was shaking our windows. We had small kids with us and it definitely affected their sleep. Other than that, it was great. We stayed there last year also and loved it. It is very quiet inside the condo even with the Hangout next door with live bands every night. We will definitely consider staying at Gulf Place again next year.

Great with 2 Exceptions.....

Loved this place! There were only two problems. All of the beds had microfiber sheets that seemed to be a size too large and they were horrible! They didn't fit tight and every morning the fitted sheet had come off the mattress. The 2nd thing was the amount of noise on the street side of the condo. It was VERY loud! If you rent from this complex, get on the beach side!

City view condo

First the cruise, we like that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The view from the hang out out was fun at night. All the rooms have blackout shades. Cons - There are no baking dishes like Pyrex in the condo. There’s one cookie sheet.The hallway smelled like dead fish entire time we were there. Golf place does not have their own beach access, you will be on a public beach. Go tours public beach does not allow you to use canopy tents. And then you have the public beach People that you are with. Overall we enjoyed staying here, but the public beach access would probably deter me from staying again

Great location, nice property

I loved this place and would stay here again. Three things that would improve this property. First, when we booked originally, it was listed as beach front, beach views. We did not have a beach view except in the dining area, so no bedroom beach view. Still, this property is so close to the beach that I overlooked that. The property is new or newly renovated. Second, each unit should have a broom. It is completely hard wood and we had a toddler. We bought a broom and dust pan and left it in the room to pick up behind a family. The property is across the street from the Hangout (beach side of the street) but the Hangout shuts down at 11 so no worries. Finally, the property manager was VERY responsive to everything we needed (hot water turned up, additional guests).

Great Gulf Shores Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at Gulf Place with Lucky Bird. It was really easy to get to and Lucky Bird provided great emails, information, and maps to understand parking and everything. I was very pleased to find multiple excellent carts to help us unload. Parking was clearly identified and easy to get to, but honestly we did not have to drive much given the amazing location. The unit clean and wonderful. Lucky Bird was clear on what was included regarding additional toiletries and cleaning supplies, which allowed us to get extra as we liked. Very helpful and totally reasonable for the price. The unit itself was luxurious and great to bit in. We loved the views. The rooftop pool was wonderful. While heating can do only so much in winter, it made it usable in late December which our kids loved. The pool and chaises were fantastic. Not only did we enjoy the pool but came up for sunset views as well. The game room was fun and helpful for going up to the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, including dishes, glasses, a great coffee maker and blender. The utensils were adequate unless someone has a specialty focus. Our family group had a great time and we all loved staying there. We would happily stay again. I’ve rarely had an easier experience than with Lucky Bird.

Not a five bedroom

Location of the property is great if you want to be in the action, check in easy and was clean. The problem was that on the website and in the descriptions of the rooms it was listed as five bedrooms. The fifth room has no window or closet. It is tiny and has two twin beds crammed in it. It was hot, and didn’t get air circulation. I imagine the original concept would have been for it to be storage. I contacted the realty company that runs the property, they told me that because it was listed as a bonus room on one part of the description that it was accurate. As realtors they most certainly know this isn’t true, it’s deceptive and it’s done on all of their “five bedroom” properties in gulf shores. The photos and title of the property have it listed as five bedroom. The street side of the building is definitely loud. Again it’s right in the action so it’s great for walking but the windows don’t protect against any sort of sound.

Great Condo - Horrible crowds-vibe

This was our 3rd time at Gulf Place, the condo unit, pool, common space and staff were great. So it's hard to say this but the vibe in downtown Gulf Shores has changed, we've been staying in the area for 30 years, we noticed the change as soon as we got in and unloaded our cars. There were kids selling stuff out of their cars as they circled around the Hangout and every day there was an element that definitely were not there just to have fun. Of course there was the shooting the first Monday we were there also, thankfully the victim is supposed to recover and the shooter was arrested. Every day of the week there was something going on, from girls being harassed, to gangs of kids trolling around looking for trouble, it was not the Gulf Shores we've known and loved and will not be coming back. I hope for the community and the businesses this gets resolved. Some may say it was just the spring break crowd but I've never seen a spring crowd like that in 30 years. I appreciate the police presence and their approach but GS is a small town and they can't be everywhere all the time. Again, this rating is about the surrounding area, not the complex, if you want to stay shut in the complex, its a beautiful space.

This is by far the best accommodations at the gulf! We have been coming to the beach annually for years and this condo is second to none. It was clean, very spacious and the perfect place for multiple families to stay and still have plenty of privacy. We have already booked for 2023.

Wonderful weekend

Had an awesome time, for moms and our teenage sons it was the perfect set up. The location is wonderful, so close to action, food choices and entertainments. Beach is great, wide and white.
