We didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting. We did walk to the beach a few times, which was only about 15 minutes away. Property location near the beach and setting relative to other nearby units and to the adjacent pond was ideal and made for a quiet and peaceful experience. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and other amenities. This place was perfect for our needs and we actually enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay with the helpful assistance of the property management company. Thank you.

Quick trip to visit friends

This home was very spacious, perfect for our family of 5. Home is well maintained. Beach is walking distance and tons of activities and restaurants are a short drive away.

We had a great time and the accommodations were very nice. Close to everything we wanted to do and needed. We did leave a few items in the nightstand in the Master, so by chance you find them. Thank you!

The property was great. It was the perfect space for the family and we enjoyrled everything. The guards at the gates were not friendly, nor helpful. That would be our only 1 star issue all weekend. Everything else was great!

Wonderful family vacation spog

Enjoyed finding shark teeth on the beach, jogging on the paths, sighting FL wildlife, fishing in the ponds and playing in the surf! We just wish we had a golf cart to go riding around in too!

Very nice

The place was everything expected and more! Very nice, clean, spacious, and in a great and safe location. Only complaint is it’s about a 10 min walk to the beach, not a bad one tho. Best thing to do is drop people off at beach access or rent a golf cart

Enjoyed the location, except we had elderly guest and couldn’t park anywhere to get to the beach. I also thought that a full bed in the 3 rd bedroom is too small for 2 grown adults. The new furniture was a great addition. We love Sawgrass!

Great location in Sawgrass

Unplanned trip to PVB for a funeral. Needed a place to accommodate several family members and found this place. Great location and directions spot-on! Conveniently located near grocery and restaurants and nice neighborhood for walking. Kitchen well equipped. Only downfalls were issues with the toilets and one of the beds was extremely high! Good find for what we needed on such short notice.

The condo was nice, but the management company leaves a lot to be desired. Priscilla was a delight and openly honest with me. We arrived at our Condo at 6:00 pm after flying all day. Neither key pad to the house or garage worked and we were told it would be 1.5 hours before anyone could get there. We had a surprise retirement to attend, so we drove to Nocatee for that. No word from the property management company about a new code or anything. We arrived back at the condo at 10:00 pm, and still we had no access to our condo. (We had 8 people in our party including 3 children.) I called again, and a code was finally texted to me around 10:15 pm. We had also reported to the management company our concern about a wasp nest outside the front door. We were told maintenance couldn’t handle that, but we’d have to wait for Pest Control to deal with that. At 10:30 that night my husband tried to knock down most of the wasp nest with a stick. He completed that project early the next morning. The condo was well stocked with towels, linens, and cooking supplies. However, we learned late Sunday night, guests are to provide their own Toilet paper and paper towels after the first 24 hours. In other words, one roll for each bathroom and we had 1/2 roll of paper towel in the kitchen. We called property management late Sunday evening, they informed me they had sent me a text prior to arrival telling us what to bring. That text was sent on our arrival day mid-flight. Check in AWFUL experience.

Fantastic! Great stay! Close to beach!

Very clean, well stocked, had everything we needed (linens and kitchen). Screened in patio was the best part! View was relaxing and peaceful. Would recommend a welcome book; wifi info, trash/recycling pick days, where the trash can is located, how to use the showers. Funny story, I arrived at 12am and my brother told me neither showers worked...faucets/handles pull out. Two complaints: Rollers on the back sliding door need replaced, very hard to open and close. And fan in the 3rd bed room didnt work. If that's all I had to complain about I would call that a great vacation. Would stay again!

I stayed here with my family (Me, Wife, Kids 7, 6, 4, 2), my in-laws, and my mom. The service from V-Trips and Distinctive Beach Rentals was lackluster at best. The WiFi information on both the guest portal and the signs in the unit were incorrect, the community pool that was supposedly “steps” away was actually a mile and a half ride to the south end of the country club. The beach access that was also “steps away” was inaccessible because you have to be a member of the beach club or else you’ll be stopped by security. When I tried to bring these issues up with V-Trips, it seemed like I was getting the runaround and never got any clear answers. For someone staying to go to a golf tournament, it would probably be okay, but for a family I would not recommend this place.

Once the Guest Services Team was made aware of the WiFi issue, we contacted the property manager immediately. The network information was updated within a few hours to ensure continued connectivity. Regarding the pool, it is located approximately 0.6 miles from the unit, and once the access issue was reported, we followed up with the homeowners association and provided a working code. We did not receive a report during your stay about any difficulty accessing the beach, but we understand how frustrating that would be. The details regarding amenities and access are listed in the guest portal for guest use. We regret that we weren’t able to provide the seamless experience and your feedback has been shared with the appropriate teams for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with a greater experience.

I tried to get in touch with owner but couldn’t find address. Sent a reply to VTrips to find out how to get through property gate. No reply. Had my daughter not been a member of the Sawgrass Beach club I’m not sure how it would have worked. Neither Sawgrass gate had the address of rental property connected to my name, email address or date of rental. Condo was super but a plunger is needed in each bathroom. Why is this asking how to rate the winery?? There is no winery connected to property!

Great condo - comfortable for 6

This is the 2nd yr in a row we've stayed in this condo for the SenioRita tennis tournament. It is the perfect location in proximity to the tennis courts - we loved it and hope to stay there again next year!

Black mold in AC system. Tired old unit. Dirty old mismatched bedding

This unit needs to be removed from the VRBO site. This is the most deceiving listing I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Had black mold in ac filters!! No contact from VRBO or anyone despite various requests for help. Had to buy new filters myself and spray bleach into air returns to try to kill the mold. Dirty stained mismatched bedding. Two roaches in the master and one in the kitchen. BIG. A truly horrible experience. Could you wait to leave. Would have left early but high season and all,other units in Sawgrass were full.
