Beachfront paradise with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean. The home is located a walking distance away from Will Rogers State Beach, amazing restaurants, and near other local attractions such as Getty Villa, Self Realization Center, Paradise Cove and the Santa Monica Pier.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom property with a nice balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, sunsets, watching dolphins and boats. It is the upper level of 2 story house, where both levels are totally separated , with separate entrance doors and ground level is mostly vacant.

Note: Construction next door, during the day time, so it might be noisy sometimes .

Spectacular view!

The view was even better than the pictures! Host was super responsive and the place was well stocked with thoughtful touches such as having binoculars placed in just the right spot which we used to view dolphins in the water every morning.

Short trip in March

Stayed at the property for 3 nights in March/April 2023. It is located on the hills above the PCH amidst a neighborhood of tightly packed in houses. Location would be nice it if were not for the fact that the property below this one is undergoing massive construction. The construction noise of beeping backhoes, massive cranes moving the earth and metal reinforcements into the ground, as well as the crew yelling and sounds of metal on metal starts at 7am and lasts until 7pm. The noise made use of the patio not an option, although the noise could be heard throughout the property. The property itself is a one bedroom but the 2nd bedroom (with the 2 twin beds) was created when the garage was converted to an unconditioned space. So be aware that there is no garage (I was misled by the photos) and that the 2nd bedroom is really the garage. That is where the washer/dryer are kept as well. The property was clean, but the carpets in the bedrooms are old and stained. We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy a balcony over looking the ocean for a few days, but neither was a possibility here unfortunately.

Would highly recommend this property! Spectacular location and Stunning View!!!

This is a GREAT location, beautiful view and very comfortable, cozy place to stay. Anna was great before, during and after our visit. She was quick to respond to questions, and kept us in the loop on things we needed to know. We loved the area, close to beach, and really easy access to PCH. The house itself was clean, but there were a few food items left in the fridge, and cabinets previously, and a couple little overlooked details in cleaning, but overall place was very clean and welcoming...... The layout- beds and space are well thought out and accommodating... it was a very quiet and peaceful area, with a stunning view of ocean. Construction was going on next door, but we were told that ahead of time, and in all honesty, really never disturbed by it at all...Barely heard it, even when out on patio during day...Neighbors are very friendly and engaging, and was a very safe area- Parking was tight due to small winding roads, so we felt lucky to have access to the driveway/parking...made it easy to come and go as we needed..- We felt the house has all the extras you might need, and is very well set up for guests...Great spacious fridge, all the kitchen gadgets you might need, bathrooms well stocked, a washer/dryer, dining nooks and tables, and comfy beds. We all slept incredibly well! Appreciated the small details and thought put in to accommodate guests. The balcony was a bit tight for 4 people, but we made it work and still managed to squeeze our group of 4 adults out there plus a dog, as it is sooo beautiful and peaceful! ...Its very cozy and again, the views at night are amazing...Important to note, like any cool hillside beach retreat in area, there are LOTS of stairs to get to beach and back ...So if you have "beach stuff" you plan to bring to beach, it's a lot. We ended up driving a couple times, which was quick, easy and no issues with parking at beach at all, as its all right there...Overall, this is super cute, clean, cozy retreat, really close to ocean with stunning views...would stay here again...Thanks Anna for a great stay, we really enjoyed our time here, and wished we were able to stay longer...

Great location and exceptional view!

The house was perfect for our family of four (mom, dad, brother, sister). The kitchen had all of the furnishings you could ever need. In general, the house was clean and well appointed with toiletries and other items. The host was very helpful in getting us into the house at check in and was very responsive throughout our stay. The location close to the beach with a bridge right down the hill is unbeatable.

Beautiful view in Pacific Palisades

Beautiful place, with the most spectacular view of the ocean and steps from the beach. The house has pretty much everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Could use a couple more beach chairs. Very comfortable for our family of five with three teenagers.
