Lewes Beach & Cape Henlopen State Park are about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth Beach is about 15 minutes away.

great vacation

We love the home walking to stores was a plus and the home have three story which give allot private time. place have everything for great vacation

Great location, cleanliness, responsive by host, listing accuracy, super easy check in/out process..

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious with large rooms overall. The linens and towels were a great bonus! It was clean. The location was awesome we literally drove to different areas/beaches each day to explore which were only few min drives depending on traffic! The pool was nice (someone told us they recently updated it) so it was very clean. one thing I learned tho that pool is not within reasonable walking distance so our 15 yr old couldnt walk down or go himself to ensure safety. but not a big deal we would just drive down to it. Would definetly stay here again. Also host was very quick to respond to my messages!

Fantastic place

We absolutely loved this property. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The towels and linens were also a real bonus! We highly recommend a stay at this amazing space. Also being able to step out the door right onto the golf course is a great feature!

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was big enough for our family and the kids loved the air hockey table! Beautiful and spacious bedrooms! The pool was on the smaller end and we didn’t go in because we never saw any kids there and didn’t want to disrupt the peace haha…. Overall a great stay! The host was very responsive to any questions!

Great location

This is the perfect location to get to Lewes or Rehoboth. Great unit. Nice pool. This was our fourth year staying here, and it never disappoints!

Fun Experience

This home is located in a central location right off of Route 1. It has a great golf course and nice pool amenities that our family really enjoyed. We had an issue with the pool pass and the host immediately fixed the issue and was very receptive and responsive to any questions we had.

Lovely house

The house was great and the owner was easy to get in touch with and helpful with any issues. I do wish I would have known in advance how far the pool was.

Great location/unit

This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect for us. We love the layout of the townhome. The community pool is great too!

Okay, but won’t return.

House was not very clean upon arrival. Had to vacuum the entire house when we got there, the garbage disposal was blocked and not working, so had to fix that as well. Contacted the owner and got ZERO response. House definitely needs a lot of updating. Sinks were clogged, towels were left in the dryer, the pantry was full of random stuff. Spices were outdated by 8 to 10 years, towels were on their last leg. Nothing certainly that couldn’t be overlooked, but when charged $150 cleaning fee I expect the place to be reasonably clean. Definitely had higher expectations based on the charge for the week.

Great set up and location

The Condo was set up beautifully for 5 of us to stay with plenty of room to spread out. Even had an air hockey table for fun. Right next to American Classic Golf Club and easy access to other amenities. Super clean and had everything we needed.

Great!

Great, fun family time but the people at the pool and when we went to throw the garbage in designated bins, people followed us, stopped us and was telling us this isn't for the public and she still didn't want to hear us when we told her we were staying there, same at the pool, the rules were being broken by the older people last own property there but anyone visiting were told about the rules to the point they were videoing and taking pictures, it was harassment, and the cleanliness was not good at all but contacting the property owner and they offered to come clean it and stated they have been having trouble with the cleaning crew, understandable especially in these times but overall pleasant nice stay

Great townhouse!!

My family really enjoyed our week in Delaware. This property was perfectly located with shopping, restaurants, and several beaches within a short distance. We spent a couple of days at Lewes Beach and loved the calmness of the bay and a few days at Tower Beach to have fun in the ocean. The house itself was exactly as described. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Spacious and beautiful beach townhouse

This property was the perfect beach vacation rental for our family with four grown children. We enjoyed the space - it was easy to spread out with ample living space on the first floor (bedroom with two full beds, full bath, laundry, living room, air hockey, patio with grill, extra beach chairs), second floor (kitchen, living room, dining, patio with table, full bath, bedroom with queen), and third floor (master suite with king bed, sitting area, full bath, large walk-in closet). The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool on the other end of the golf course, playing golf early in the morning, eating lunch at the clubhouse, and going to Cape Henlopen State Park. Easy access to groceries and liquor store, movies, restaurants. We LOVE the Lewes Bake Shoppe and the quaint shops in Lewes, including lunch at Nectar. I have been visiting Delaware beaches for over 30 years, and this was one of my favorite places to stay.

This property was wonderful! My kids love different activities besides the beach, and this location is beautifully situated with easy access to many attractions. The condo was clean and well stocked. It’s size allowed for everyone to spread out. There was always hot water, no matter how many of us were getting showers. The view of the golf course is serene, and the pool access easy. The pool area is well maintained and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!!!
