We only rent Saturday to Saturday during the Spring and Summer months. NO PETS, and NO GOLF CARTS or TRAILERS are permitted on property by the condo association and will be towed away at your expense. We do NOT advertise on Craigslist, only VRBO!

2nd floor unit in Surfside Landing 1213 S Ocean Blvd right oceanfront building with ELEVATOR and only has 8 units total in the quiet area of Surfside Beach and has parking underneath and out front and a grocery store and restaurants near by. Key-less entry system, easy access. Code will be sent a day before arrival. Large guest room in the front of the home with 2 queen beds and dresser, a ceiling fan and closet, and TV with cable. Hallway with full bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet sink and mirror. Kitchen on tile has granite countertops, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, with bar stools. Plenty of Brazilian redwood cabinets for storage. The dining area has a dining room table that seats 6. The living room has a full size pullout sleeper couch, coffee table, 2 end tables, and large flat screen TV with cable an amazing view of the beach and ocean from the oceanfront porch that has a table and chairs. Washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full size dresser with mirror, nightstand, and closet, with a second oceanfront balcony which connects to the living room balcony. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink. The unit also has cable and internet throughout, and its own parking spot underneath the building along with guest parking out front. Bath towels and linens are included. Guests will be notified of the key less entry code and move in instructions before arrival.

Spring trip

Loved this place! The view was amazing, the beach was clean and not too busy and the people were wonderful! Would definately look to stay again. Its a bit far from night life, but for this trip it was perfect! Thank you!

Perfect family beachfront spot

We loved this spacious unit for our family of 4 (2 teens); double joining balcony (one off the primary bedroom) was an excellent way to enjoy the ocean views when not on the beach. The place is very well maintained, cleaned and decorated. The owner is extremely responsive as well.

Wonderful

Bathroom could use updating. Living room sliding door to balcony very hard to open and both sliding screen door need fixing. Other than that the sunrises were breathtaking and view of beach is beautiful. This was our second time there and we loved it.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

The condo had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had fun finding all the little ducks. Could use a little TLC like fixing the sliding doors but overall a good experience.

Wonderful stay in Surfside

The property was bigger than it looked online, very close to everything such as dining, shopping and attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Location can’t be beat

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo. We love the location, right on the beach and central to everything. The condo is large and comfortable, stocked with everything you would need, also has a nice pool. Hope to be back next year!

SC Beach Vacation

This condo could use some updates and minor repairs. But it was clean and in a great location for our group. This area of Surfside, Garden City, Murrells Inlet was very nice. Would travel here again.

Beautiful place

The property is clean and comfortable. We had an absolute relaxing stay. Property owner answers any questions promptly. Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. Will definitley book here on our next trip back to surfside.

Wonderful property

Our stay was wonderful. Surfside Beach is my new favorite SC destination. The condo was perfect for two families. The rooms were large and two full baths were a plus. Fully stocked large kitchen. Bonus was the washer/dryer combo. My grandchildren loved the pool…and most times we had it to ourselves. Brandon was a great host and very attentive. Check in could not be easier.

Beach trip

Overall the condo was nice. It could use some updating in the bathrooms. Also the condo was not completely clean and smelled like stale cigarettes when we walked in which the smell eventually went away. We liked how close the walk was to the beach with easy access. Had a great trip.

Great vacation!

The condo was just as described and we had a great time. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in was fast and easy. Elevator was nice as my mom struggles with stairs. We will definitely be back! Only suggestion is to bring your own can opener. The one in the condo is terrible. Lol!

Awesome Spot!

Our stay at this condo had everything we could ask for. Small details made the stay worthwhile. I’m talking stocked toilet paper, paper towels, a washer/dryer, coffee pot, toaster, soap at all the sinks, towels and linens. Everything was thought of. We also loved having a tv in each room! The pool was clean, and we loved having an elevator. It was a pleasant surprise to have had a double sized condo for the 5 of us! Our kids’ ages range from 2-8, and the condo was in a super family friendly area with the grocery story literally 4 minutes away. We will be back!!

beautiful condo

Unfortunately the host thought he had given us the access code the day before our arrival but he hadn’t. We had a few hours of worry but all worked out ok when the host called me with access code. We were very pleased with the condo, the location and just in general excited to be there. I would recommend this listing to everyone. We had a wonderful time.

Great area, comfortable beds, big space

I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend because it’s in need of some repairs and sprucing up. The guest bath toilet flooded the first time it was flushed, not a great way to start a vacation. Both sliding doors on balcony are broken and continually fall off the tracks, towel bar in master falls off wall every time you hang or use a towel. Elevator is absolutely disgusting. Filthy, smelly just gross. Certainly not as nice as it looks. Housekeeping clearly never cleans under the beds or furniture it’s gross

Dream balcony but....

Pros: Double covered oceanfront balcony with good seating, easy access to beach with nice shower coming off, master bedroom nice with comfy mattress. Super location. Elevator with grocery cart on property really handy for stocking kitchen. Cons: bathroom floors not very clean, obvious build-up in corners/edges. None of the doors lock so easy to walk in on someone. Queen beds in 2nd bedroom very noisy with uncomfortable mattresses and pilled sheets on one bed. Would probably be ok for kids but not adults. Odd placed carpet hiding soft spot/dent in floor in living area. Could use another chair in living area.

Quiet Beach Getaway

The property was exactly as described. It is comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious. The view is excellent. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation (quiet time is 10 p.m. in this building), this is a good spot. The 10 a.m. checkout time is a bit too early, as others have mentioned. We went up to Broadway at the Beach and walked around until it was time to go to the airport. You will have to supply your own paper towels and bath tissue, but there is a Food Lion is right up the street. I would suggest you bring your own beach umbrella and chairs. They are over-priced and not the best quality at the local beach stores. That's not an issue if you drive, but keep that in mind if you fly to SC. There is an umbrella and chair rental service that currently charges $40/day for two chairs and an umbrella. The only suggestion I have is to replace the beds in the guestroom. They are noticeably worn and extremely uncomfortable.

I am originally from Pennsylvania, went to Penn state, moved to Myrtle Beach 15 years ago and started a family. Surfside Beach became our favorite place, ended up having 2 properties and we lived in each before making them both rentals, so feel free to ask questions about the area. I have a new baby girl who joined the family and am currently in the United States Military.

Surfside beach is our favorite city, it is right in the middle of everything fun and exciting to do. You can quickly go to Myrtle Beach for attractions and entertainment yet be right on a larger beach that isn't as crowded and sleep at a place that is quieter at night. You can walk to the Surfside Pier for food and drinks, or head to the Garden City Pier for more, or drive to Murrells Inlet for great seafood and dining.

I picked this property in addition to my other property in Channel Marker because of the notable size difference, double ocean front balcony with AMAZING VIEWS, only units in the building so a more private pool and beach experience, full size kitchen and use of an elevator to avoid the steps that come with a raised beach home.
