Very private 3 story, 5 bed, 3.5 bath home w/Ocean views and easy walk to the beach. The top floor has a king and a queen bedroom with views of the ocean, a twin room with views of the sound, & 2 full baths. The deck off the third floor offers a great space with ocean views to relax in a rocking chair and listen to the sound of the ocean. The bottom floor has 2 more rooms, a queen & another twin room, a full bath, and a cozy sitting area for extended family and friends. The second floor offers a comfortable kitchen/living/porch area for everyone to relax & enjoy the privacy granted from the Live Oaks surrounding the property. Located in a cul-de-sac with walking paths to both the beach & the shopping center/grocery store just across the street. Dogs welcome of any size but please limit to 2 and plan for a nonrefundable pet deposit. Wireless Internet and Smart TVs throughout. Washer/dryer. Outdoor shower. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon available for use.

Comfortable home, great location

Nice layout, great common areas and porches with ocean view, short walk down private path directly to beach. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Family Time

The house and space was perfect for our family! The outdoor space was amazing! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. So convenient to the store and beach! I appreciated the communication with the owner. It was a great family time!

Perfect family getaway!

This is an amazing house. It was exactly as listed and very clean with well maintained and/or new furniture and appliances. Some additional things we loved: - The living area is on the second floor, so one family had the bottom and one family the top floor bedrooms, which was fantastic with small kids/sleep schedules - The house is surrounded by lush vegetation, so it is both private and the decks were cooler - The pathway walk to the beach was through a wooded area, so also cooler and more fun for kids - The beach was very nice and quiet

Surprise birthday party

My family and I couldn’t be more happy with the cleanliness and accommodations at the house. The main level was perfect for us to gather for breakfast or watch TV. I would definitely recommend Carrie’s house to stay. My only negative would be that the shrubbery around the house be cut down a little as it’s hard to see from the road.

Spacious and beautiful house close to the beach

We all loved the house and its close proximity to the beach! The house was just about perfect for our party of 10 with enough space for everyone, kids and adults. It was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The ocean view from the top floor porch was even better than expected. There’s a wonderful boardwalk through the trees that leads to the beach access. There were enough beach chairs and other beach things provided, including a wagon, to make for a great time. Very convenient to not have to travel with these things ourselves. The host (Carrie) was very responsive and helpful! Overall an unbeatable location and a beautiful, accommodating house!

Great beach getaway

This home exceeded our expectations for our first family beach vacay in 6 years. We’ve been N Myrtle Beach goers for many many years which in recent years, has become extremely busy/crowded/commercialized. This home is a great location - for beaching as well as close to groceries and restaurants. Very quiet and very clean. Beach access was a short and fun adventure for our little ones and having chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon to get it back and forth was priceless! Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Kitchen was great for making meals and big table to gather around for meals as well as card games was a bonus. We all loved the access to porches even kept us semi dry dealing with Hurricane Betty. Carrie and Charles were amazing and quick to address any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

Nice beach house!

Wonderful location for multi-generational family vacation

A wonderful house for our family vacation! Kitchen has everything you could want for cooking. Short walk to the beach which at times felt like our private beach. We would strongly recommend this place!

Ideal Beach House

My family of 7 adults totally enjoyed our stay! Super clean and fully stocked, the house was spacious but cozy. Enough bedrooms and living space for privacy and togetherness. We especially liked the two full length decks for meals and relaxation. The beautiful, quiet beach is a short, easy walk from the house.

Great rental

We needed a house for a couple of weeks on pretty quick notice and this place worked out perfectly for us. It had everything we needed and there was plenty of comfortable space for 5 adults. There was one small glitch with the a/c one day and Carrie and Charlie were on it immediately. All communication was fast and thorough. We would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in need.

Short walk to the beach on lovely path

My husband and I stayed at this beach house for a week with our adult kids. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It was dog-friendly which we (and our sheepadoodle Harriet) appreciated. We spent our down time on the third-floor deck where there was a lovely breeze and view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

Perf! Perfect is too long to type sometimes!?!

We had some different family groups meet up. There was plenty of space for everyone and is a really fun, cozy, scenic, secluded, and convenient location. We were looking for a relaxing week and this place definitely provided it. Block away from the beach with convenient shops and options nearby. We have already discussed trying to do this location and a trip again next summer. Thanks

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family had a great time at this house. There's plenty of room for everyone (including my daughter's dog), the house is modern and well-equipped while maintaining a beach house vibe. It's just a short walk to the beach which, even on the weekend, had only a few other folks on it in our immediate vicinity. And there's a great view from the third-floor porch -- which, with a glass of wine and the provided rocking chairs, was a perfect way to end the day.

Great beach house!

We spent our family vacation here and it was absolutely perfect! There were 9 of us all together, including two 10 yr old kids (and we also brought our 3 yr old dog). We had plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. We loved the bedroom/bathroom layout. Having two living rooms was great; the kids could watch TV in one and the adults in the other. The dining room is huge and had extra chairs to accommodate 10, plus there’s a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs for even more seating. The kitchen is fully stocked as described and we prepared several family meals and had everything we could possibly need. There are two decks facing the ocean the full length of the house. I think everyone’s favorite spot was the upper deck since the views are spectacular! Great ocean breezes too along with seeing both the sunrise and sunset. There are 8 rocking chairs and at times we used them all! The lower deck has an outdoor dining table and chairs, overlooks lush foliage and is very private. It’s an especially nice spot in the evenings to relax and listen to the ocean. The house itself is situated on a cul-de-sac and there’s a nice boardwalk just steps away which takes you to the quiet community road behind the house. Cross the road and there’s a short sandy path to the beach. The walk was less than 5 minutes and enjoyable. At times there were only a few people around and we always had a long stretch of beach to ourselves. We chose Atlantic Beach because it’s dog friendly but it’s also family friendly. It feels more like home away from home rather than a tourist town. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do. We rented bicycles for the week and enjoyed leisurely riding through the community. The home owners are super nice too. We had many questions and they were very responsive and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were fantastic! We loved staying here are are looking forward to going back!

Friends and family fun

We had the best week in this home. It was so comfortable for everyone with great indoor hangout space and wonderful porches for dining and looking out over the ocean. We had family and friends come in shifts and everyone loved it. We cooked in and grilled out and had a great time on the beach and hanging out at the house. We are already ready to come back again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great home for multi family vacation!

Our stay here was for 7 days and it was fantastic! We rented this home so that our families could all come together and also visit the grandparents who live New Bern. The house was perfect. We had enough space to spread out both inside and out. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the main floor and there was lots of room and chairs for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed for our stay. There are three bedrooms upstairs that include the Master with King bed and private bathroom, one queen bedroom that was very generous in size and a third bedroom with two twin sized beds that also had lots of room. There are two bedrooms downstairs (one queen and two twins) and a living room with TV where the kids hung out. There is a boardwalk that takes you from the house to a road in front of the beach. From there you walk on a path between the houses to get to the beach. The walk took about 5-10 minutes depending on how much stuff you take! We definitely recommend staying here and would rent from the owners again.
