The ultimate beach retreat with stunning sunrise and sunset views! The house has a full wrap balcony with ultimate water views.
Sun rise and sun set are so beautiful!

Relaxing Decor with a cool beach vibe! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps 8 to 10 people comfortably, 12 is possible.

Master is located in the main floor with all the common area. Primary room has a king size bed, secondary rooms have 1 bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses and a twin roller each room. There is no access to upstairs loft. Main floor only for guests.

Air mattress are welcome, but no more than 12 people total.

This place was just what we needed. The fact that is was so close to the beach was the best part. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay! Perfect access to the beach. Just a couple minutes walk to the water. Home is very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This is a great beach house! You can not beat the location. You are literally on the beach. The beach is mostly private and not really crowded. The house is well laid out and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The view was spectacular!

the location/view is PERFECT!

I have no complaints! Great host. Had all we needed. Cannot brag enough about the location. The view. The closeness to the beach. The privacy/not packed part of the beach was awesome. The only thing I will say is to bring some lights for under the deck. At night time we wanted to hang out below but no lights to do so.

Misleading images…

Parking here was a mess due to an exposed pipe and lack of maintenance. Parts of parking under the house were inaccessible. In the house several fans didn’t work or were on reverse, with no remotes or methods to control available. The listing claims this house sleeps 12 and make it appear that there are plenty of rooms and extra space. In reality, the upstairs portion of the house is locked and “off limits”. Sleeping 8 for our group was a squeeze. Some lights did not work or were dead. Bathroom showers drained slowly, as if clogged.

Beautiful house with minor inconveniences

Very nice house, well stocked. Great porch with a gate, handy outdoor shower. Pictures don’t show that the road to the beach is completely blocked by new dunes, no big deal but unexpected. Short walk around the cart path. Vrbo pics show the house with an upstairs but ad doesn’t say that it is not part of the rental. Again, not the end of the world but it was a space we expected to use for our large group that wasn’t accessible. Also, thick sand driveway under house was blocked off by an exposed pipe, it was supposed to be fixed our 2nd day but no one ever showed. Very difficult to load and unload everything from the street. I understand it wasn’t anyone’s fault but still an issue. Surely a piece of plywood would have protected it and still made that area usable. Owner was apologetic and quick to respond to messages.

Excellent stay on the beach!

This place is really awesome! The views straight out from the patio to the beach and ocean are lovely. We found ourselves waking up each morning and spending a good amount of time in the rocking chairs with coffee before getting started for the day. The home is beautiful, amazing location, clean and comfortable - everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, they had - from condiments to extra snacks. We had some rain during our stay so the big couch to hang out, surf the internet, and watch Netflix was much appreciated! Some important things for future guests: we weren't provided more than one trash bag for the kitchen, and each bathroom had less than a full roll of toilet paper and no more! We would have been happy to buy and bring both, but we had expected these items to be provided - minor inconvenience. Also, in the check out instructions we were asked to take our trash down the road (kind of a far walk) to the dumpster, but with 1 trash bag and a cleaning fee, I found this to be a little much. The downstairs shower is also not working, making the return from the beach a little messy - this is a necessity! The last thing we wanted to do was track sand and dirt in the house. Overall, a really great stay and we would definitely do it again - just a few things that they could be paying some attention to for future guests.

Lovely Rental property

We loved this place. The location and everything was very nice. The Beach house had every single thing you could need and then some. Although you can not access the upstairs or upstairs deck. The bottom deck had a beautiful view. Overall it was a fantastic trip.

Great location and beautiful home!

Great location only steps from sandy beach with very easy 1 minute walk from water to house. Beach was not extremely crowded and great for families. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable with pull out twin trundles under the full over full bunks. Deck was nice with chairs and rockers. Storage area under the stairs for beach supplies and chairs. The outdoor shower is enclosed under the stairs and would have been great if working. Getting this repaired should be a priority to keep the sand out of the house. A nozzle on the hose outside would also be helpful. All listed rooms are accurate but pictures show balcony that is not accessible also making the upstairs balcony inaccessible. This did not take away from our stay but might be something others want to know before arrival. The stairs to the house are very high so be prepared to haul things up. Some of the houses have lifts…not necessary but would be nice. Communication was excellent! Any questions we had were answered extremely quickly and any concerns addressed right away. Overall a great VRBO we would be happy to stay at again!

Great Beach Spot

We had an excellent time. The house is beautiful and right on the beach. The location is peaceful and the beach isn't crowded. Perfect place for our family.

The view is amazing and you can't get any closer to the beach, the house is literally on the beach.

Wrap around balcony and downstairs wooden deck are really cool, the view is great from many locations of the house, not just one or two.
