Excellent property! We had such a nice stay here. The property had everything we needed and was so well stocked with kitchen equipment, beach towels, chairs, etc. We loved proximity to the bike trail and how easy it was to walk downtown. The pool was great too and we enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning overlooking the pond and fountain. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Me and my wife & kid spent 1 wonder week in this beautiful 3 story apartment. 3 bedrooms made it perfect for the whole family to join! Pool access was wonderful to have. The 5 minute drive to downtown/beach made it a convenient place to stay. Everything was clean and communication with Dixon was great. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rehoboth.

We just completed our stay and we were very impressed with everything. The location was convenient to downtown, but set back in a quiet neighborhood, which was great. We particularly appreciated all of the included niceties, which simplified our packing and helped make life easier during our stay. The items that are included which makes this rental stand out include all bed linens and bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella/games, Rehoboth town parking permit, etc., and pool access. All in all, a wonderful stay was had and we would rent here again for sure.

This is seriously a great spot to stay at plenty of room and very close to the beach. I’m not sure if I would walk to the beach from here, but a 5 to 10 minute drive doesn’t hurt. The neighborhood permit was extremely useful as it allowed us to park at the non-metered spots. Highly recommend and communication was excellent. Would do it again.

A fabulous stay was had!

The property is LOVELY, from top to bottom. The location is perfect - close to the beach but quiet and serene. It was SUCH a relief to not have to pack bed sheets and towel - worth its weight in gold, really. We lacked for nothing! Would definitely stay again!

Great beach house- ideal location

Home is well ordered, well furnished with great layout. Even with too much rain we had plenty to do in the area - state park, beaches, movies and amusement for children. Good restaurants, too. Highly recommend. Perfect host.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed a family vacation with our two kids. The house was immaculate and conveniently located. It was within walking distance of a nice park and several food options. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved hearing the bull frogs croaking at night in the pond out back.

Family vacation

We had a great time at Dixon's home. The location near the pool was perfect for my daughter, as was the proximity to the local playground and restaurants nearby (all walking distance). It was also greatly appreciated that towels and linens were provided as that is not always the case with rentals. Lastly, it was wonderful to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as it greatly reduced the number of things we had to travel with. Overall a wonderful stay for our family.

First Timer

I’ve always stayed yay the Marriott wherever I traveled, so I wasn’t too certain this would all work out in a positive way. It was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful and understanding. He even recommended restaurants nearby. The entire group enjoyed their stay. I had an amazing birthday weekend.

We had a wonderful week at the Summer White House. The condo has everything you need-from beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to a stocked kitchen and a huge living room. The pool was literally steps away, which was so convenient as we had a baby with us. We rented bikes from All Wheels as suggested and biked down to the beach to watch the sunrise, and followed the beautiful, wooded trails. Tons of shopping nearby, and so many restaurant options to choose from. The parking pass was a great bonus for going to the beach-just follow the signs for Permit Parking. Dixon was very helpful and a gracious host. Fantastic place to vacation!
