Items to note & Extras for guests:

+ The thermostats are kept at 71-72 degrees. The codes to cover are 312 if you need to change either.

+ Guests have access to linens if they want to use them; to avoid additional cleaning costs, guests must wash any used linens and return them to the bed; you do not need to make the bed; leave the sheets on it.

+ We leave a couple of beach towels, a roll of paper towels, and a roll of tp in each bathroom in case you forgot to pack!

+ TV's: 70" tv in the game room (Roku), 58" tv in the main living room (Roku), 43" with Retro Nintendo arcade, 47" in a bedroom.

+ 6 extra chairs in the main floor closet & additional in downstairs utility closet, a high seat for a child in the kitchen.

* Basement door to the firepit: We only use one of the two doors; the sliding lock is at the bottom of the door!

* Fireplace in the living room is NOT for use; this fireplace is not functional, & would be very dangerous.

*The house has a VERY steep driveway. Please note you can park at the top, but be sure to park you car in the driveway on our property; there is not street parking. Where the hill is not acceptable: elderly, anyone with any walking-related disability needs, or anyone with prior injuries that may have trouble as a result. There is plenty of parking down by the house and one stair will get you into the main level, where you will find the master (King Tempurpedic) and another room (Queen Tempurpedic).

Checkout Instructions

+ If you use linens, please wash & place back on the bed; you do not need to make the beds! ** Please note if you use linens & do not follow check-out instructions, there will be an additional $130 charge. This information is also on the house waiver form. We ONLY do this to save cleaning fees on your end; if you would rather just pay the $130 and not worry about it, simply reach out!

+ Every trash can is to be emptied & all trash is taken to the garage. Please ensure all trash is bagged. TY!

+ Return ALL items to their original position – Indoor & outdoor furniture, games, remotes, keys, etc...Please clean the grill if used.

+ Lock down the kayaks & canoe ON the dock. The combination to the 25ft lock on the dock is 3121.

+ Run all dishes through a cycle on the dishwasher; you can start the last load & walk away!

+ Living room thermostat to 72 (if you changed).

+ Turn off all lights, close all windows, & lock all doors; return the key to the lockbox.

***We don't guarantee 100% availability of items for entertainment (arcades/kayaks/propane etc). There may be an event where something needs to be fixed, or we swap one or two things out. Feel free to ask us before booking; we won't make any substantial changes, so rest assured you will be endlessly entertained!
