Absolutely Amazing

Where do I start? This place was absolutely amazing!! I’ve come to San Diego a few times and I can honestly say this was the best place I’ve rented so far. It’s super close to everything, it’s extremely clean and very well put together, the bed is so comfortable, the host was so easy to talk to and always got back to me really fast. The hot tub and bed swing were just what we needed and the outside showers were such a lovely touch. They have games, everything you need for a perfect day at the beach and the bikes came in real handy, not to mention the washer and dryer and they also provide some laundry detergent, softener & blewch. We will 100% be back again and again and again. Thank you for everything.

Clean cozy and beautifully organized cottage minutes from restaurants, shopping and Pacific Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Ricardo. Great jumping off point for anywhere in San Diego. The full and well equipped kitchen means you don't always have to eat out which is great on a long trip. We would definitely stay again!

Wow, just wow. Book now!

Extremely clean place, parking, AC, great communication with the property manager. Stunning patio, was awesome to use the outdoor showers coming back all sandy from the beach and then just unwind on the hot tub and the swing while bbqing and enjoying a glass of wine. The kitchen has literally everything. Great appliances. Super comfortable bed and linens. Those pillows just wow. The place has a surfboard, boogie board, chairs, cooler and umbrella and we literally packed everything on an uber and did beach everyday. Uber was $5. Book now, you wont regret it, is an amazing place.

Great experience!

Ricardo’s place was great! Very clean and peaceful. I had no problem checking in and the listing looks exactly like he pictures. It’s has everything you need! Wifi was a bit slow but that could have been bc of the surrounding guests using it too, but that doesn’t matter, this place will make you want to relax and disconnect from everything anyways!

Wonderful location, very safe/secure

I traveled to San Diego for the weekend. I am a single woman and the location was fantastic. Felt very secure and it was located within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, and a slightly longer walk or super short drive to the beach. Great location! Great property! Owner was wonderful!

Perfect stay in pacific beach

We loved our stay in this property. It is extremely comfortable and peaceful while being very central to all that San Diego has to offer. The outside space was such a treat after a day of seeing the sights. The swing and hot tub were a great place to hang out. the indoor space was beyond what we expected, very charming and comfortable and well equipped with extra towels and pillows. The bedding was really comfortable too. The host was super accommodating for our last minute escape to San Diego & clear with the instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

Serene getaway

We cannot recommend this place enough! The space was modern, clean and relaxing. Our favorite part was the private outdoors with a jacuzzi and 2 outdoor showers. The location is central to grocery stores and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere including the beach. Check in and check out was easy and Rick was a communicative and wonderful host. This was a perfect getaway that we won’t forget!

Christmas stay

The property was very clean, with a lovely outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay. The property states 3 People. The way it's set up, it's only comfortable for two. The living space has limited seating as well as outdoor space. If there are more than two people and you want to watch a movie forget it, they would have to sit on the floor or sit on a barstool not too comfortable. The parking is in the back of an alley. We had our hitch stollen off of our truck. When we arrived, I didn't feel safe. That was on us. We should've removed it. The property is well secured once you are on the other side of the gate. I hope this helps to make your stay a pleasant one.😊

Private Oasis!

Great location and great little bungalow! The backyard area felt very private even though it was in the middle of a neighborhood. Location was very convenient to the beaches and downtown San Diego. Highly recommend!

Our favorite stay yet

It's very rare to find a vacation property that really lives up to the pictures -- that's the nature of the beast. But this property actually looked BETTER than the pictures. We quickly agreed that this was our favorite vacation spot we've visited to date. The outside portion of this rental makes all the difference - the outside swing bed was wonderful (one night I even slept outside) - the hot tub is really nice and well maintained. It's also very private. The pair of outdoor showers with hot water was my favorite part. Highly recommend this place and working with the host was a pleasure. We originally booked another listing and we missed it because it was booked on another side - he quickly found us one of his other properties that fit our needs. A+

Cozy and Private

My boyfriend and I stayed for a few days to get away from our busy work schedule. It was perfect. The property was clean, well designed, and had a personal parking space so we did not have to “hunt” for a spot on the busy roads. Rick was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns which was very helpful. Definitely on our list to return for another stay.

Amazing Property!

Pacific beach villa made our stay in San Diego exceptional! This property was spotless and had so many extra perks that made the stay extra special! The outside patio was an amazing spot to relax. We enjoyed time BBQing and catching some sun on the day bed. This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in and would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome getaway in San Diego!

Perfect Long/Short Term Getaway

My boyfriend, our dogs and I stayed at this property for a week long romantic/peaceful getaway. It is a wonderful, very clean and lovely property that looks exactly as featured in the pictures. It is perfectly located about a mile from a lovely beach/park and not a far drive from many other beaches and features, including Coronado Island. We had a delightful trip in no small part due to this fantastic accommodation. I cook a lot and really appreciated the full kitchen. The private patio is a good size, beautiful and a great location for meals and relaxing. We also really enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood and taking them around San Diego. The property is centrally located near many restaurants, stores and coffee shops. As for Rick, he is a fantastic host! He was very informative, helpful and great to work with. He has many fantastic suggestions which are very useful. He even followed up after our trip to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property and Rick! We would definitely return and stay here again!

Cozy Cottage in Pacific Beach

We absolutely loved our stay in this cozy cottage in Pacific Beach! Everything seemed fresh, new, and most importantly, clean for our stay. The interior and exterior of the place was calming and relaxing. The bed was actually comfortable! We enjoyed our time on the swing and in the jacuzzi. The location is close to so many great areas in San Diego and we enjoyed having it central to the places we wanted to enjoy. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole process easy and straightforward! We will definitely stay here again. On a side note, we had our senior dog with us. She usually gets anxious in new places, but she adapted so quickly to this VRBO. She must have been as relaxed as we were!

Clean PB Hidden Gem

First time using vrbo Rick made check in/out process easy! This property in Pb was exceptionally clean inside and out and it was lovely to enjoy. My girlfriend and I stayed here 4 nights and it is the perfect size for two (+ a child). The location was good it was close to a lot of stores, restaurants, beaches, etc.. (only a 10 min drive or less to PB beach). I have stayed at a lot of places around San Diego and this place is by far one of my favorites. I would highly recommend to family & friends.

Beautiful little beach bungalow in PB!! The perfect getaway.

Could not have enjoyed our stay in PB more!! This little beach bungalow is the perfect romantic getaway for two. The outdoor patio was perfect for sunset drinks and we even worked outside during the day. This has all the amenities you could need and Rick was so helpful in helping us find the perfect location for our San Diego stay. Will absolutely stay here again!!

FIVE STARS!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our stay in San Diego. The weather is perfect, so the outdoor space was a perfect place to relax, especially being in the hot tub in the evening. The space inside was new and clean. It felt nice and roomy for two people. Having off street parking made it super convenient. The location was very close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Highly recommend
