Enjoy a luxurious and relaxing stay at Gulf Place 504, perfectly located in the heart of Gulf Shores right next to The Hangout. You will be within walking distance of top restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning city views that make every stay unforgettable. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in beautiful views of Gulf Shores. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas, and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to the 7th-floor hospitality area with games, space to relax, or the perfect spot to watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

Gulf Place amenities are reserved exclusively for registered, paying guests. Outside guests and visitors are not permitted on the property, and all registered guests must wear a Gulf Place wristband.

Only Gulf Place guests receive exclusive VIP perks! Show your Gulf Place wristband at participating local favorites—including The Hangout, The Gulf, Zeke's Restaurant Sunliner Diner (Gulf Shores and Orange Beach), and Picnic Beach—to enjoy 10% off and priority wait seating.​​​​​​​

504, Great Stay for a Beach Vacay!

We loved Condo 504! The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. Only down side was the noise in the morning. We woke up to loud garbage truck and construction noises. The evening noise during spring break is expected but typically dies down around 11 pm. THis is a great place to walk to the beach,the Hang Out and souvonier stores. Food options are minimum in the area, the Hang Out and Picnic are the closest spots. It was a great stay and the staff on site were pleasant, especially the secruity staff during the evening. Enjoy your stay!!! Next time we will get a beach facing condo.

Family Fun 25'

Grandchildren connect the dots from generation to generation and we were so thankful to have our grown kids and grandbabies with us for a FUN and memorable vacation. The place was absolutely perfect for family time and fun. Thank you for providing a place for families.

Awesome place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Love the fact that there was a store literally downstairs, also loved the rooftop pool, and that we were literally a few steps away from the beach. It was also nice that the hangout was across the street and that it is family friendly with live music and a kids foam party at the same time.

The perfect stay. Location is excellent. Clean. Excellent ease of booking and entry with codes sent early. Notebook with all information is helpful. Booked for 2026 shrimp festival while still there. Our 4'th year. Have stayed in many different condos. Gulf Place is number one.

Wonderful time, amazing location

We had a great stay! The condo was well appointed with very comfortable accommodations. The locations was great and easy to find. Problem with the door was quickly addressed and communication was awesome. We have found our place for our yearly summer family trip! We will be back.

We loved our stay at the Gulf Place!! Great location, very clean, the pool was amazing and not crowded, the beach area by the condo had plenty of spaces to set up chairs. Chairs and umbrella rentals are also available to rent. Walking distance to shopping, and restaurants, we enjoyed being right next door to the Hangout! We can't wait to go back and would definitely recommend!

Family Trip

Ideal location for restaurants and shopping. Spacious room for 8. We plan to book again. Hotel construction across the street started at 6am. Noisy street racers but quiet after 10pm.

Gulf Shores 2022

This place was absolutely great! The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Gulf Shores. I thought being in the middle of town where all the action was it would be loud and too much going on. We really enjoyed the location and being so close to shops and restaurants. The security staff was amazing and Betsy in the office was very accommodating and great to communicate with.

Spring Break Softball Trip

Great location to everything. Although the condo is newer, they are not kept up well. Bathrooms especially were dirty, sand in the floors and in the shower when we checked in. Shower door had mold on it. Master bath had a jute rug, which seemed dirty since those can't be washed.

Beautiful property nice location

This condo was very nice and spacious we stayed with 8 people plenty of room. Also traveled with people who are elderly and this location worked great. Only negative is that if you are looking to put up a Tent you do have to walk down the beach some but there are chairs for rent at the beach, the security guard/ employees was incredibly lazy like couldn’t even hold the door open for you lazy, and we could have used a few more amenities like extra blankets a few more kitchen staples. The parking isn’t exactly on site but was actually convenient and they had a great set up for loading and unloading.

Not as advertised.

Advertise heated pool, but water was ice cold. Called number provided and requested a call back, but never received one. No on-site staff for help, no loading zone parking pass as Advertised. And parking lot two blocks away is a deal breaker also. Room decor felt like for a prison with all the metal and birdcage fixtures. Nothing beachy about this room. I do not recommend.

Great place, Great Location

The Place is awesome! Close to everything you want for a vacation. The beach is fantastic top 10 for the US. Directions for checking could be a little clearer. everything went fine just a little confusing on where and what. Parking although a walk was great because you don't have to look for parking anytime you leave and come back. The only real issue was cleanliness. Both tile showers had black colored mold running along the bottom of the shower pan in the grout area's. We went to Walmart and picked up some bleach cleaner and cleaned the showers before anyone could use them. Two in my party have asthma. Mold is a bad thing for anyone. The cleaning company should be notified and check for such things. Besides that it was a great place and our entire family really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and a great property. I stayed 4th of July weekend with my kids and their friends. Location is perfect for walking everywhere and the view of the fireworks was amazing from the rooftop pool deck. We had an issue with the power when we checked in, but Angel the property manager was great to work with and got everything sorted out quickly. I will be staying here again for sure.

Great Modern Property!

Location and amenities are a 10! Perfect spot to walk around, enjoy the beach, dine, and relax in the beautiful roof top pool. Property was well equipped and everything very high quality. We also have a baby and had no concerns with safety which was a plus!
