This bright and comfortable home is ideal for a peaceful vacation with family or friends, set in a lush, green setting away from any housing developments, just a short walk from a Conservatoire du Littoral nature reserve.

Its large, tree-lined garden spanning 1,400 m² is sure to delight adults and children alike, offering plenty of space to play in peace, whether in the sun or the shade.

Hiking trails and bike paths provide access to the beach through the woods or allow you to go shopping at the charming port of Sainte-Marine, the pearl of the Bigouden region in southern Finistère.

The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. Two bedrooms each feature a 160x200 bed. One bedroom has two 90x200 beds, which can be placed side by side or kept separate. A fourth bedroom has two separate 90x200 beds.

Sheets and towels are provided, so you don’t have to worry about them.

The main living area is a welcoming space bathed in light. It consists of an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen that opens onto the south-facing terrace and is furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a solid wood dining table that seats up to 8 people.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You’ll find a refrigerator/freezer, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a pod coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and more…

The large, sunny terrace with lounge chairs and an outdoor table also lets you enjoy al fresco dining using the provided barbecue.

A shower room on the first floor and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs complete the property. A garage adjoining the kitchen is also available.

A TV, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Cleaning is provided at the end of your stay.
