Best location for a Lewes getaway! Enjoy beautiful sunset views & watch boats going by on the canal. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach or to town. A short drive or bike ride to Cape Henlopen State park. A 15-20 minute drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, & Milton. Beaches, breweries, shops, outlets, bike trails - so much to do!

This cute 650 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 6 and has everything you need! Renovated from an old motel located on the canal. First floor with access to the canal from the back deck. Washer & dryer in unit. Outdoor pool located on the property (closed 9/15).

Master bedroom - queen bed (new hybrid mattress with adjustable base added in September 2025)
Second bedroom - full bed
Living room - queen pull-out sofa

NOTE: Linens & towels are not provided. There are blankets and pillows for each bed in the unit.

Also included for your use are 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.

$90 cleaning fee +5% local taxes.
Sorry, no pets or smoking (condo rules).
Plenty of free parking out front.

Great little Vaca

Nice place on the water. Great balcony overlooking the harbor. Very friendly people. Perfect location to enjoy biking on the trails, beaches and great restaurants.

Our 2nd stay at this location and it never disappoints. Location is great and host if very accommodating. Love sitting on the back deck in the early AM and Evening. Looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful location. We really appreciated the balcony overlooking the canal and the proximity to both town, restaurants and the beach. Kitchen was very well supplied with all the gear needed to make meals. Some aspects of the interior are a little worn around the edges, but all in all for the price it was well worth it.

This condo is perfectly located! We were able to easily walk downtown to shop or go to many restaurant options. The beach also was a quick 10 minute walk. We took our bikes and easily jumped onto trails leading to Cape Henlopen or to Lewes Brewing Co. We enjoyed the deck and overlooking the canal, it was a very relaxing getaway!

This condo was perfect for a quick end-of-season getaway to our favorite beach town. It is well cared for and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved being a short walk from the center of town, and the beach. Sonja was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. We'll be back! Thank you!

Great condo location.

Easy to book, reliable communication and the interior decoration was well thought out. Corner grounds floor perfectly located by the bay and less than ten minute walk to the beach. Near plenty of restaurants and shops as well. We had a wonderful time.

Great end of summer stay

Small space, but just as described. Location was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. We experienced a town-wide water shutoff due to a water main break during our stay and our host was really quick to inform us and offer assistance.

A Gem on the Water!

Sonja was very hospitable and communicative, and we had a great stay at her condo! It was comfortable and very well equipped. The back deck was perfect for relaxing while overlooking the water, and even in the rain we were able to sit outside with the roof overhang. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful pool which is private to the building residents. Excellent location with restaurants on either side and close to everything!

Very Enjoyable Stay!

Very well equipped condo. Wonderful location with private and quiet roomy balcony. Access to pool area which was a bonus on questionable beach days. Short walk to all that Lewes has to offer. Condo owner was super communicative! Can't wait to come stay again.

Canal front gem

A gem of condo located on the canal. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats go by. Ideally situated between two restaurants and within walking distance to downtown Lewes. The bay beach is about 1/4-mile walk. If you prefer you can drive to Cape Henlopen State Park. The condo makes you feel like you are at home. Very well stocked. There is also a pool if you aren't feeling like a beach day.

This was a perfect spot to stay lewes! We were right on the canal and had beautiful mornings and incredible sunsets. The place was immaculate! At one point I got out of the shower and my feet were wet so I ran to get a paper towel to mop up the water on the floor there was not one speck of dirt on the paper towel.The owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed it. We hope to come back again next year, but maybe for a longer period!

Cute overflow retreat!

We were very happy with this property during our stay - we had a main house near the beach for my extended family and spent much of our time there but this apartment was adorable and clean and does as much as it can with the building it is in. We enjoyed dips in the pool and especially the evenings along the canal. Great walking distance into town and an easy cruise to the beach on a bike. Only gave it a 4 on location because if you prefer to be very close to the beach it would be a little hike with kids (we drove) and the building is much older but still kept nicely. Our favorite bit was the beach gear and standup paddleboard! Perfect for use in the bay! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
