"Beautiful newly renovated ranch home with lots of extras, located in Wilmington, Ohio. Close to WEC (2.8 Miles). This two bedroom home sleeps four. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, Smart TV's with Spectrum cable in Living Room and both bedrooms. Wifi available. Washer and dryer. Patio table and 4 chairs with a gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs. For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. We either personally check you in or we stage the unit for your arrival with lights on and ask that you contact us so that we know you have arrived safely. We own and manage the entire cul-de-sac, which includes 3 additional vacation rentals (The Tranquility, The Farmhouse, and the Equestrian), as well as 11 long term rentals with great tenants. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 2.8 miles, with a quick 5 min drive for your convenience. We live 5 min from the property and are available if you should need anything during your stay. We take pride in our properties and hope that you enjoy your stay and will book with us again at one of 6 properties.

Stayed here while in town for a show at WEC. Check in was easy, house was exactly as shown in pictures and was nice and clean. Host was great to deal with and went above and beyond to return an item we left behind. Would gladly stay here again!

Great experience!

The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and complete with all the toiletries etc you would need. The neighborhood felt safe. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We were participating in horse shows at WEC and the location was ideal for us. Just four minutes drive. We will be back!

Super clean and cozy!

Stay was wonderful! The Beach House was super clean. Worked perfect for us for a stay during a show at WEC. Very close! Great communication. This is a house with two units but we didn’t hear the people staying in the other unit once. You have your own entrance. This place was perfect!

Beautiful & Clean Home!

My family and I stayed in this unit while in town for an event at the World Equestrian Center. The home was beautiful & clean! Super close to WEC as described. Would highly recommend!

Just a perfect house in Wilmington! We were there the weekend for WEC and it was a perfect stay. From the communication with the owner to the lovely house…just perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Great property!

Stayed at this property while in town for a horse show at WEC. The location is perfect and the place was clean and very nicely decorated. I've stayed at this owner's properties several times and they are always top notch! All the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

Great stay for WEC

Really comfortable and cute house to stay in for horse show weekend. Super easy to get to WEC facility. The house was clean and well equipped for our stay. Would recommend for sure.

Great Location

This was the perfect location for our stay and was very close and convenient to WEC. Heath was very accommodating and let us check in early. He met us at the house to go over all the details. The house was very clean and was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Heath was a fabulous host. Speedy responses, wonderful space and loaded with amenities. The space was sparkling clean and comfortable. It is close to everything you need. I will be back.

Heath is a local realtor; he also owns and manages several rental properties in Wilmington. Heath holds an A & P license and formerly worked a combined 27 years at Wilmington Air Park holding various management positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager and Production Supervisor. Trish is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in working with the geriatric population. We were married on our property in 2003. We have a son and two granddaughters. With 25 years of owning and managing rental properties, it is a great addition to our portfolio. We have enjoyed meeting all kinds of people and have made lasting friends since starting our vacation rentals.
