Located in the desirable East Beach neighborhood, this EXCEPTIONAL, newly renovated two-bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo is an ideal spot for a beach vacation and idyllic retreat on Kiawah Island. Situated in the Windswept villas, it has direct ocean views from both balconies, and is just a short walk to the Sanctuary resort, Night Heron Park, and the Nature Center. For those looking to explore the Lowcountry, Kiawah Island is just a 45 minute drive to historic Charleston.

This ELEVATED first-floor condo offers scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the nature that surrounds Kiawah. It welcomes all guests with thoughtfully designed modern and comfortable decor and furnishings. The spacious living room offers ample seating to relax and has immediate access to a large, covered sun porch with ocean views and an outdoor dining table for four guests. The living room has been updated with a new comfortable chaise couch, new paint, and shiplap, and a new 65'' TV, that lets you take in the ocean view and watch a movie at the same time. The beautifully renovated kitchen with a modern backsplash opens to the dining and living areas, making it a fun spot to entertain and enjoy company. There is ample cookware, and counter space to prepare meals be it for a small family meal or an elaborate Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. There are 4 bar stools at the extended kitchen counter for dining.

The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) features a king bed, flat-screen TV and access to the second balcony with chairs for lounging that is oceanfront. This room has an upgraded, private bathroom with large standing shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) contains a king bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have been decorated with Serena and Lily wallpapers, fresh paint, wall mounted televisions, allowing every member of the party to enjoy their private space and unwind. A second private indoor patio space leads off the second bedroom, complete with patio table and chairs, that could be a play nook, place to put your feet up, indulge in a good book, play cards, and board games.

Another advantage to being on the elevated first floor, is the convenience of not having neighbors/guests downstairs, allowing guests with kids to play and romp with greater independence without the chances of creating nuisance to downstairs guests.

For your convenience, there is a compact size washer and dryer included.

We loved sitting on the deck relaxing and gazing at the ocean. The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is spacious and provides ample room to prepare meals. Enjoyed watching a movie in the living room-the couch is very comfortable.

Idyllic getaway

While the building is nondescript, it is extremely well maintained and the condo itself is wonderful. The furniture is comfortable, the decks afford both sun and shade, the bathroom is large and well lit, and the kitchen offers just about everything a cook could want. All this, a glorious view, and lovely decor as well. Kiawah was a wonderful choice, and the condo helped us enjoy our brief vacation tremendously.

Great unit

The unit was great. I would never rent from this management company again however. Customer service was very unresponsive, unhelpful, and very rude. Not what we are accustomed to on Kiawah Island.

Wonderful Oceanfront Villa

Perfect Hideaway

My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful week decompressing from work, watching the waves (including a magnificent storm that lasted one afternoon/evening only) from our windows, riding bikes around the endless Kiawah trails, driving to Charleston for a fabulous dinner at Chez Nous, lounging on Aegean blue beach chairs under umbrellas planted approximately a 45-second walk from our front door. The condo's kitchen was equipped with more than we needed to cook delicious meals, and the beds/bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We will be back!

A few issues but nice stay overall

First, let me say that on arrival this was probably the cleanest rental I've had in a while, which is big for me. The second bedroom (with a king bed) had one very small flat pillow on it when we arrived. A bit embarrassing for a guest to have to ask if they can borrow one of your pillows. The cable/internet went out half way through our stay. I called the mgmt company and left a message. The next afternoon I got a call back from someone (I believe his name was Alex). He was very apologetic and stated that someone from Comcast should be out the next day (the day we were leaving) to fix it. Overall, the view is absolutely beautiful and I would still stay here again, despite a few issues.

Ok but....

Great Location, back inside porch should have some string lights or even a chair and small table, not a big investment to add a little ambiance and usefulness to an otherwise extremely uninviting dark hole of a porch.

Beautiful view and great location

This property is right on the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean from both porches. The condo is great, but has some minor maintenance issues that need to be fixed like the kitchen sink handle and the bathtub doesn’t hold water which is tough for families with kids that take baths. Overall a great place, though!

Beautiful view, 7th time visiting kiawah island never disappoints

Property was as listed, I would recommend better pillows, also two burners on the stove did not work, everything else was perfect.

Beautiful with maintenance issues

The condo was nice, as depicted. Check in went very well. View was beautiful. Unfortunately, a couple of days into stay we kept uncovering maintenance problems. The sliding door to balcony was nearly impossible to close. The bathroom with the bathtub, which was a primary need, was unable to be filled other than via the showerhead. The lever on kitchen faucet fell off and had to be replaced each time used. The second door to balcony did not lock (this was a first floor unit). Large heavy pulls on walk in shower fell off, which could have hurt someone or damaged floor. We called the property management and their only offer was to send out people for service. My husband expressed that would be a problem as we did not want to sit around waiting for service people, and did not want to leave jewelry, computers, and valuables in unit. If we wanted home repairs and 4 hour windows waiting for service people we would have stayed home. We paid for our stay up front, including over $400.00 in fees. This was not an inexpensive unit, and we felt with so many issues, they should have made an effort to credit a portion of the stay, versus further inconveniences. I went without a proper bathtub, we put the kitchen faucet on with each use, my husband muscled the sliding door back into relative place. It is a shame. The condo is lovely and the view is wonderful. Were it not for so many problems and no offer to make things right, this would have been a 5 star.

Would have been a great place to stay IF ONLY…..

…massive construction hadn’t been going on. We walked in this beautiful place on to hear deafening jackhammers taking down the deck. We were told the work would last the whole time we were here so had to move some place else. The company did work with us to find something suitable. I had specifically requested that NO construction be going on when I signed on so was surprised to say the least.

Great location! Great condo!

We loved spending Thanksgiving at this beautiful condo. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the beach. The property managers were very prompt in our email questions as we planned to cook Thanksgiving dinner in the condo. Our daughter and her boyfriend rented bikes and enjoyed daily bike rides on the beach. The Sanctuary is nearby and we went there for cocktails and dinner. We also played family golf three times on the island. Great vacation! Great Condo!

Gorgeous view from this updated condo.

Beautifully maintained property with a spectacular ocean view! The pictures don't do the view justice. I would rate this a 4.8. If they wanted to be 5 stars, I would recommend the following things; upgrade the pillows and comforters (they were pancakes). Add a Kleenex box and soap dispenser to each bathroom (bar soap is messy). And add two beach chairs and 2 beach towels and store them in the laundry room. Lastly the towels are like motel towels; not fluffy and super short. The toilet paper and paper towels are gas station grade. A few upgrades would make this 5 stars for me. The Kitchen is well appointed. Bring your own coffee (there is a coffee grinder). I would stay here again.

Great beach week

Overall the property turned out to be what we expected. We had a bit of difficulty with the key lock code and we were unable to reach anyone that knew anything about it when we called the property manager (the outsourced customer care people that answered after hours were completely clueless). We were able to figure it out on our own. Some of the kitchen items needed to re-cleaned (or cleaned) but other than that the property worked well for us and we were generally pleased with it. Overall we enjoyed all Kiawah has to offer during the week.

Don't plan on cooking! There was not a single decent frying pan. I had to saute scallops and chicken in a deep soup pot and cook fish in a casserole pan the oven. There were only two bowls and two spoons for four people. Two of the lights in the master bathroom didn't work. But the condo was spacious, light-filled, and pleasant, and the lanai was perfect -- we had dinner out there every night, watching the ocean.

Wonderful ocean-front location with a beautiful ocean view and just steps to the beach. It appeared to have been recently decorated throughout and was very attractive, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Fantastic ocean view from the front balcony with comfortable lounge chairs and table. The perfect place for a much needed get-away !
