Exceptional Location

Very good location, very well decorated. The terrace with its sea view and sunset is exceptional. No complaints about cleanliness. Very well-equipped accommodation with everything you need for a great stay.

Stunning

Stunning view with everything you need to enjoy Maui! Prime location, great unit and breath taking sunsets. Host was very responsive and made sure I had the best experience possible. Was even able to see a couple dolphins from the balcony. Very convenient location for food and groceries, all walkable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views! Our stay was quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed and enjoyed how close we were to the beach for early morning swims and sunset views. Room is clean, comfortable and stayed quiet cool.

Beach towels, water bottles, coolers, chairs, beach umbrella, this place has everything you could need and more! my partner did a lot of fishing and found the coolers and ice packs super handy, we really appreciated all of the thought put into this place, we've stayed at many condos across the islands and this was the most well kept, the pool was bigger than the pictures and the elevator was nice. We always had a parking spot and the other tenant/ guests we ran into were always friendly. 10/10 would stay again.

Highly recommend

Great location beach is a short walk away and the Airbnb host provides chairs, towels and umbrella. Really great location and food near the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, clean condo that was the most stocked of any unit I've ever rented! Even had spices! Ocean and sunset View was amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. Linens and towels, including beach towels were soft. Fans worked well to keep unit cool. We never turned on the AC in July! Great location Kam Beach 1 beach across the street. 2 small shopping centers nearby to get food, snorkel equipment, souvenirs. Location felt safe.

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great place on a beautiful beach. Many shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance of the condo. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location

This is the perfect place for you to enjoy Maui. It is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

Felt Right at Home in Paradise

This is an amazing place to feel at home while in Kihei! I really appreciate all the thoughtful touches that elevated our stay. in particular, the guide books and coffee maker and comfy bed were so excellent. And the view! Thanks for a great stay in paradise.

Great place to stay in an ideal location across from the beach! We had a bit of trouble finding it at first using the street address in our GPS but found it by putting in "Kamaole Beach Royale" instead.

Great Location and view!

This property is in a great spot of Kihei. Very easy drive to Wailea Shops and minutes from the food trucks in South Maui Gardens and local shops. Very close to the beach with easy access! Plenty of parking too.

Unit was as advertised: had everything you could need in kitchen, for beach and other amenities, was close to beach, easy walk to grab lunch or dinner if you didn’t feel like cooking and most importantly beautiful sunsets.

With this spot you're definitely paying for the location and balcony view ! Which was beautiful, walking distance to restaurants and beaches! We have stayed at this spot (just a different apartment) before and it is always convenient with everything located near by !

Awesome place to stay in Kihei. Can't beat the location and the unit had everything you need for a great comfortable vacation. A very well stocked kitchen and the essential beach gear was definitely appreciated. Highly recommend this vacation rental.
