Walk to Sun Valley Resort ski lifts!

Situated on the bike path and walking distance to downtown Ketchum and the ski lifts at Sun Valley Resort, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Snowstar condo is the ultimate base for four seasons of adventures in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Located on the top floor, this single level vacation condo boasts 1,144 sq feet of designer inspired interiors and tranquil views of Baldy Mountain through the evergreens. On entry, you're welcomed to a spacious open plan living area designed for downtime on your vacation. Cooking is a treat, not a chore, in the chef's kitchen complete with high-end stainless appliances, granite counters, a butcher block for easy prep, and seating at the bar counter to keep the chef company. A washer/dryer is stacked away for when laundry duty calls.

The living and dining area is great for gatherings with a formal dining table, comfy couches and occasional chairs, and a gas fireplace for winter warmth. A 50” Smart TV is wall-mounted above the fireplace to stream your favorite shows or connect to zoom meetings from the mountains.

Step outside to a private, sunny south facing deck complete with an outdoor table for summer BBQs and alfresco dining. The Snowstar condo complex has a large outdoor hot tub so it's easy to end the day with a soothing soak under the stars. If you didn't get enough steps in during your outdoor adventures, there's an onsite fitness room too.

Snowstar Condo accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms with high quality linens for a good night's rest. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a Smart TV to watch from bed, and a private bathroom with double vanities and a jetted tub and shower combo. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and Smart TV, and bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds and a desk. These bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a bath/shower combo. This condo also features portable air-conditioning and underground parking with elevator access.

Snowstar condos are in a prime and walkable West Ketchum location with a year-round mountain shuttle bus stop a block away to explore all that downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley has to offer.

Clean and comfortable apartment

We stayed two nights in this clean and comfortable 3 bedroom unit. It was within walking distance of Main Street and a great alternative to the more expensive hotels in town.

This property is in a great location. The condo was clean and well stocked, but a little worn and outdated. The property manager, Michael's Vacation Rentals, was amazing to work with. Check in and out were so easy.

Sun Valley Condo

Place was great for everything we needed and truly a 8 min walk to River Run. Got there just in time for Super Bowl and cable was on TV so didn't need to leave. Covered garage parking and elevator a plus. Great for our snowboarding trip!

Perfect Sun Valley ski condo

Very comfortable condo in an excellent location. Beds were great, space is well maintained. Kitchen was perfectly appointed for use. It is very convenient to walk to the town center and the ski hill. Other amenities, like the hot tub and the fitness room are also great.Management team is easy to work with and responsive. Will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Sun Valley for our guys' ski trip! Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location couldn't be better—just a short 0.25-mile walk to the ski lift and about 7 minutes to downtown. The condo was clean, modern, and well-kept, with super comfortable beds and a wonderful hot tub to relax in after a day on the slopes. Communication was prompt and helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable ski getaway!

Awesome!

We had the best time in Idaho. Perfect walking location to the slopes, no lines, and 24 inches of fresh powder in 3 days. The hot tub was great, and food in Ketchum blew our mind.

GREAT location!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Sun Valley for the week and this condo is fantastic! The short walk/ski to the lifts at Baldy mountain are perfect! My kids loved that there was snow all around and the conveniently located hot tub! We used the washing machine and dryer a lot! The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. We cooked almost all our meals there for 6 days! The beds are very comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed the fireplace which gives off the extra heat in the winter!

Perfect location for skiing Sun Valley Bald Mountain

Great condo, well furnished and with fully stocked kitchen plus newer washer/dryer. Really cozy with the radiant heating in the floor plus the gas fireplace. Bathrooms were well stocked with linens and toiletries (only missing kleenex). Perfect locaiton for skiing as three winter shuttle lines (they are free) have stops just one or two blocks away that drop you off at the River Run base area in 3-5 minutes. Or one can walk along the Wood River Trail in less than 10 minutes (trail is groomed regularly in the winter). Two of the shuttle routes also take you to heart of town in 5 minutes, during the day and it only takes 15 minutes to walk back on quiet residential streets after dinner.

Great place

Nice place to stay but Living room TV remote did not work and you could only watch channel 2 or log into streaming apps. Not a big deal as we were not there to watch TV but it would have been nice to be able to watch local news for weather reports. Otherwise great place and likely something they will get fixed soon.

Perfect basecamp for midwinter break ski trip at Baldy

Our family of four had a great stay this past week for midwinter break. We love the location of the snow star property, because we can walk along the Wood River Trail to the river run base. It is so easy and delightful. The property had everything we needed, with just enough space for the two teenagers to have their own rooms. The property had lots of kitchen appliances, and check in and check out was a breeze. Property manager was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the light. It was user error! Would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend.

I feel embarrassed for Michaels vacation rental if they consider this 5 stars!

I arrived at this property, and all I could see was a lopsided pantry door, and the other one missing completely. It turned out that there were four sets of lights that didn’t even work at all. The guest bathroom had a drain plug that was busted sitting on the ledge in there. . The lockbox that was supposed to be outside with a spare key didn’t even exist. Definitely was not a pleasant experience. When you spend this kind of money, you shouldn’t run into these kind of problems. Definitely unacceptable. Please reach out to me if you want to discuss further.

Amazing Ski Vacation with Friends

Some friends and I were celebrating a friend getting married and wanted to ski. We found Michael’s place clean, large, and quite accommodating. Full kitchen and plenty of space. We needed more towels but felt we could ask Michael and he would have helped right away. Michael was super communicative. Checked in the day of to make sure we found a the place and that we had everything we needed. Check out was easy! I hate staying at a place we have to essentially clean ourselves and then pay for a cleaning fee. Michael asked us to take out the garbage and start the dishwasher. Super easy and accommodating. The hot tub was huge and clean. Nicely located with a great night sky view and the mountains in clear site. Would hands down recommend and stay here again. Best bed I’ve slept on in a hotel or BNB/VRBO.

Excellent accommodation, location, and value. It was quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We have stayed in many places around the world and Michael’s condo is definitely one of the nicer rentals by far. Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to come again!

Great location, nice unit - needs some updating

We found the property to be a little dirty, and tired - which was surprising given the very high cleaning fee and maintenance charge. The main sofa was disgusting (fortunately we were able to put a sheet to cover it. Same with the dining room chairs and many of the glass/utensils. We had to wash everything before using items. Unit was spacious, although very hot. Small a/c units not up to the task

Michael is a great host, very accommodating.

Michael is a great host, very accommodating. The location of his place is fabulous. It is so close to the ski resort and there are beautiful walks to take right out the front door. The place has everything you need and comfy beds.
