Located in the Beaurivage residence in Erquy, this 60 m² two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests approximately 25 metres from the central beach. Situated on the third floor with a lift, it provides direct access to the sea and a balcony overlooking the coastline.

The living area is designed for easy returns from the beach and quieter evenings indoors. It includes a sofa, an armchair with footrest, a television and a dining table for 4 guests. The large window opens directly onto the balcony.

The open-plan kitchen allows guests to enjoy an independent holiday routine. It includes an oven, induction hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster and filter coffee maker.

Shops are approximately 400 metres away, the fishing harbour approximately 800 metres away and Cap d'Erquy approximately 2.6 km away. From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between beach days, seafront walks and discovering the pink sandstone landscapes.
