The room was clean nicely decorated. The beach view was beautiful. The pools were clean and spacious. The original room I booked was on the second level but the AC unit was out and they had to switch us to the 19th floor. Would have definitely preferred the lower level but it still worked out.

When we first arrive, our code did not work. I was super thankful that they had 24 seven people that could help fix that issue. Also our facility was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in a facility. However, they did send someone out the next day to clean it properly.

It was a good little condo. The kitchen could have been stocked as far as utensils/pots pans. And at least 1 pod for the dishwasher would have been good.

The A/C unit stopped working after 2 hours of a 3 night stay. It took about an hour to get anyone on the phone regarding the issue. We were given portable units and fans but it was still 76 degrees during the day. The unit was attached to balcony and we were unable to use the balcony. There was also mold on the shower curtain, walls and shower head in the master bedroom. The condo was located in a good location and the property grounds were nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected A/C failure during your stay. We understand how uncomfortable this was, especially during a short vacation. While our team worked to provide portable cooling units and fans as a temporary solution, we regret that the accommodations did not meet your expectations and that balcony access was impacted. We are also sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns in the master bathroom. This is not the standard we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared with our team for review and corrective action. We appreciate you recognizing the property's convenient location and well-maintained grounds. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, as guest feedback helps us improve the experience for future visitors.

Awesome resort!

This is our 4th time staying at Calypso resort. The amenities are top-notch and the proximity to restaurants and shopping are second to none. The parking garage with covered catwalk was very useful this trip as it rained nearly every day.

Great condo that was supplied with all the necessities. It was clean and exactly as described. It has a decent view, which is partically blocked as shown in pictures by palm trees. This resort has all the things you want....beach access, tiki bar, gym, restaurant, kids arcade, pools, PLUS its located right next to pier park with unlimited dhops, food, and entertainment. Beautiful sunset views out on the pool deck with eating and firepits available for use.
