1206 Villamare is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, direct oceanfront villa that will simply astound you! Completely remodeled with all new floors, cabinets, counter tops, appliances, bathrooms and furniture. Every aspect is done with professional quality and taste.

The large open floor plan will excite the senses as you see across the room out to the ocean from the large floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is magnificent in design, layout and quality with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a glass top stove. The cook will be able to communicate with family as they prepare the meals and also enjoy the views of the ocean at the same time. There is a front loading washer and dryer conveniently tucked in under the kitchen cabinet. Across the room is a round dining table with seating for 6, making this a wonderful place to enjoy entertaining. The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs and a 48” TV with DVD player. There is a sliding glass door that leads out to your 2nd floor balcony with a high top table and 4 chairs. Here you will overlook the pool and ocean as you enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

To the left of the kitchen is a guest room with 2 Queen beds, a 42” Roku TV and its own private bath that includes a wonderful garden tub by the window with views of the ocean, a walk-in shower and double vanity. This room has a private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs.

Back across the living space is the first of 2 master bedrooms with a King size bed, accent chair and 42” Roku TV. This room has its own private balcony with 2 high top chairs. The en-suite bath is beautiful with a large walk-in shower, double sink vanity and lots of storage. The 2nd master bedroom suite also has a King size bed overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a bench seat, accent chair, 42” Roku TV and access to a balcony. The bathroom has a huge glass shower, double vanity, granite tops, custom cabinets and wonderful lighting. Obviously this villa is about as luxurious as you can get. Every room has its own balcony, every room is tastefully decorated and every aspect of this property is just quality. You will not be disappointed with your vacation staying in this villa.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Villamare has set a new standard for quality and luxury on Hilton Head Island.
