Pet Policy:
No pets allowed unless pre-approved. There is a $100 pet fee.
If you have a certified service animal, please provide documentation in advance.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fine.

House Rules:
No smoking inside or on the property – $250 fine for violations
No parties or events – $1,000 fine
No unapproved guests $60 fine per guest
Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $100/hour fee, plus any additional cleaning service charges
Locals within 45 minutes of the property must contact the host before booking. If the host requests cancellation, the guest must comply. A full payout refund will be given, but platform fees may not be refundable.
